And I did lose about 4 pounds that day, but have gained it back even though it was a couple of days ago.
So to gain it back you would have to eat more calories than you actually need? So say...around 6000 calories....Surly that isn't healthy, even for someone with high metabolism.
Well.. its proportional to a normal diet if you think about it. You eat as many calories as you burn and you maintain weight. It's no different at any level. I eat 4,000 calories because that's about how many I burn in a day.

Hi Guys, thought that you'd like to know that we now have two members in the Barracks within the top 30 B/Pers. Phantom of course and now myself :)
End transmission.
Nice. A task that I won't ever complete because the time that I get up there the totals will have risen so much I won't even been close. Also, I haven't seen Phantom in a long time. Saw him post in the Medal thread not too long ago though.

8%? That's on the low end of normal, if not muscular. Of course you need to eat a lot; you have to be working out 3 times a day to be weigh that much and have such low body fat.
A normal day for me would be doing abs, arms, legs, etc.. in the morning. Working about 10 to 12 hours of cutting wood, stacking wood, carrying, etc... and then depending on what I have to do or how much time I have I'll go for a run at night.
Not really three different workouts. More like one that never stops until I sleep or get on the computer.
I, on the other hand, am 6'0" and weigh 180, but I have a BMI of 26 or 28, can't remember. Doctor says I need to drop about 20 pounds by next year.
Of course I'm overweight too as I'm 5'11"/6'0" somewhere around there. Being over weight doesn't mean your unhealthy if you work out and lift because of course muscle weighs more than fat.
