That's good. I don't mean to sound crass or disrespectful, but sometimes I think the mods don't pay enough attention. This is a really big nuisance when it comes to obvious spam accounts like Beer's, any and all DD, and the rest of those poseurs. But that's just me.

Hey guys. Check the list that I updated on my blog of all the spam flashes and low scoring flashes of the week that could be or might be able to steal underdog or RCP. I know I included a lot of stuff that probably wouldn't be able to steal an award, but I didn't want to take any chances.

The review mods are already alert before the awards are chosen as they have their own thread like my blog, but form about 11:30 on Tuesday night I would like every Barracks member that can spare their time to just keep refreshing and checking the submissions on my blog.

I feel it's an important thing to be more alert then we have been lately right before awards are given out because we really haven't payed much attention to it.

Plus sorry I haven't been active, but a lot of people are having trouble with the internet down here at college. I happen to be one of those people this time around.

We shouldn't be worried so much about being banned as feeding the troll. I"m not saying that we shouldn't worry about getting banned, I'm just stating that when we see a troll, think of the consequences to the crew, and not just yourself. I'm sure that is also what moderators are trying to get you to do, though if banning you is the only way to discipline you, then so be it. :)

I think Slash means that we can post them on the private forums away from prying eyes and the like. About the attention issue, I understand where you're coming from Lizz, but this isn't like spam, it's in a different league, and we HAVE to do all we can to get it removed when we come across it. I am unscouted as well (lack of artistic talent lol) but what I did was look at this during the "raid" last night for suspicious-looking signup names. Doing that managed to catch DUCKGROUNDS and SiashFirestorm before they even uploaded the CP. So do what you can, every little helps.

Seeing as those accounts were deleted I'm sure he knows, or if not him at least one of the other admins, plus the mods know now too.

Now it's rarely used. Day by day it got more inactive to the point where no-one digged any of those things. I think that when it just started, many people was excited because it was made by Wade, but later they didn't find it funny anymore.

However, if you want to go and try to revive it, you can count on me ;)
Maybe a completely new thread to bring people's attention?

Good work with that. I'll do my best to visit those submissions every now and then (especially on Tuesdays). As you said the review mods are already doing things like this, but if we can help them to find the things they overlook, then we should do it :)
