People this one has got me confused http://newgrounds.com/portal/view/292134 I saw this when it was underjudgement but when it passed judgement it was different. but here is the twist the guy removed the good part and left the bad crappy part. I am not sure weather to email wade or not because the guy changed it but it isn't completely different since it has part of the original flash but just the crappy part.

I e-mailed Wade about it since this was not the first time they've tried doing that...they start with the same decent part, then end it with crap/nothing. I'd advise people keep an eye out for them, as they're often exact resubmits.

I saw that aswell, im pretty sure the last one he submitted to NG was back around august/september so assuming he keeps that pace of flash making hopefully he'll have another out by July.
He also has many other series like toastboy and there equally if not more creepy and disturbing. I wont give you a link because i've had some bad experiences making a typo on the link... ~shivers~. DONT EVER FORGET THE HYPHEN

I think the reason the quality of posts dropped may have been because I worked at having a very tight hold over NGPD. I made it clear that spam wouldn't be tolerated. He was fine with me continuing, so that I did, effectively being given complete control over the unit, so directed by it's founder. People recognised that, and complied.

When I left just a little while ago, I gave the job to you. Unfortunately, you were already a Police Captain (which is good, but in the context of my explanation, not so good), so you didn't have enough time to establish yourself as a leader. That's why I'm happy you appointed Police Lieutenant TailsPrower as the next Unit Operations Officer, because he'll have a longer stay there, so thus have more time to be accepted by the unit.

The fact that the unit keeps cycling through commanding officers so quickly is bound to upset the delicate balance of power. What is shown there is a fairly accurate model of real life: a power-vaccuum is created, and people rush to gain a foothold, causing spam, flame wars etc. to spring up instantly.

In short, I almost expect it to get worse before it can get better. my only hope is that the mods see it this way as well, and are lenient.

I'm not the least bit disappointed, Rs. You accomplished things I hadn't even thought of, such as the full three-way alliance between the NG Police, Elite Guard Barracks, and NG Mafia. All I did was to post a neutrality statement in the NGPD thread saying that we had nothing against the NG Mafia. You took that a step further by offering the olive branch (so to speak) in the NG Mafia thread.

So that's my rant about that, now on to other things...

Yes, I noticed that as well...I'm not quite sure what to make of it, nor do I have any clue whether or not to e-mail Wade. It's on the fine line: it isn't harmful, but it was changed after passing judgement...

Ahh, sorry about that. Well, the forums would be separate from the website, but the website can obviously link to the forums. As far as the website already made, I don't know how much I will be able to help the NG Mafia there. However, the forums are at least part of the project that I can do rather effortlessly. I would just have to talk to someone in charge at the Mafia as to what forum sections they want and what kind of security they want the forums to have. Other than that, making forums are rather rudimentary to me, so I'd be glad to help.

If you wanted to look at the website and see what you can do, feel free to do so. I feel much less capable of handling that than the forums, so if you want to try to work on it, be my guest.

I have an idea to try to help facilitate better and more consistent leadership in the NGPD, which I will post there. It's not much of an idea, but it might help the situation.

Sorry, you can't join yet. You'll need to get to Elite Guard Private and then you can join the EG Barracks. When you reach Security Guard, you can join the NG Police Department.

A lot of members got to see famous movies pass. I for one got a protection point from dad n' me, littlefoot and Raiden X. Not too many know this but the first time little foot was submitted by Tom he deleted it into the graveyard because of some glitch and resubmitted it... It died with a perfect 5 score...

I remember seeing littleFoot under judgment. However, as soon as I clicked on the link to the flash, it already passed judgment. :( That really annoyed me since the portal didn't get automatically updated when the flash passed judgment.

It only got once vote, mine. I knew his work and saw if first under judgment and voted fast because II knew how fast it would pass judgment but the preloader got stuck and right after I wend to the portal it was gone... I checked the obituaries and here it was... So that was my five... Maybe some one else got to vote in that second but I know I had a share in it.
