Others may judge you as such - and they are wrong. Just because a user has been on Newgrounds for 6 years and is level 40 doesn't guarantee that they won't be an asshole. In fact, sometimes the long-term users occasionally get so full of themselves that their own self-importance and ego get in the way of dealing with other users.

Know that here, in the EGB, you are not judged at all by your level or sign-up date. You have been a terrific contributor, been very helpful, and seem to know your way around better than most. So what if you've only been on for a short time - it's what you do with that time that counts.

I signed up in '06. My first year or so was slow and pokey and I really didn't do much. Then I started to get more involved, and do more, and then things picked up - and now I'm in full swing. So, actually, I really didn't start until '07.

Ignore those who judge a book by the cover - they have no right to judge in the first place. IMHO, you're a great person who really is an asset to the EGB - and fun to have around.

I know I've been developing a complex about this over the past few years, but has anyone else noticed a drop off in their Blams paces over the past week or so? I know I have, but it might just be me.

I have been the very same, after all the blams I have picked up in the last month or two, which lowered my ratio to 2.46 at it's lowest, are running dry, meaning I've picked up far, far more saves which has brought me up to about 2.48, so it's definitely not just you,

It's very annoying when you retain your standards of voting and can be rewarded sometimes and have it thrown back at you at other times, but c'est la vie I suppose.

From what I have seen and heard about you, Coop, you are far from "asshole". You are one of the few that have really grown with Newgrounds, been more than helpful, and contributed in many ways. I can tell you that my generic comment certainly does not apply to you. :)

My blam pace tanked as well. I keep voting down crud, but they keep passing. But, as an upside, I have seen a higher than usual amount of decent flash activity through the portal - Seems like the overall quality (of the non-spam) is improving. So maybe it's a mixed blessing...

I chose that medals because is for a non-war time
on the EGB, war time, is related to the portal, in my opinion

so everything else is non-portal... the EGB thread is non-portal (except when we discuss portal activities, flashes, spammer, etc.), but in general, it's just were spend time... free time

Well, while your other attributes are fine, that whistle is a problem, and we don't bend the rules for anyone. You're free to post here while you work on repairing it, but we can't make you an official member until it's Bronze or higher. It shouldn't take that long to repair if you focus on flagging only the reviews you're 100% sure are abusive---remember that incorrect flagging costs you a lot more points than correctly flagging, so you need to be cautious.

I had started a database of quotes a few years ago, and every once in a while, I do a web search and cut / paste some new ones into my database. Yes, there may be a few grammar glitches and typos, but they're still funny. Right now, I'm up to about 400.

If you have any more you'd like to see, leave me a post in the NG Logs-Ideas thread - I check that frequently now.
