Indeed, it is possible. I think it´s pretty accurate at the moment though as I only found one new guy on the pentalist. But there could still be some users with a high review count and relatively low exp, bp and post count, which are very hard to find.
Exactly. Hopefully there's less of those than we even think there might be.
Yeah he did. He writes about 2 or 3 reviews a week. It seems like he officially got here somewhere around september last year.
So, it probably had been a few months, then. Still, he could have sped up or slowed down recently, so maybe he was reviewing 20 per week before I found him for the pentalist, and thus he really only earned his way onto your list in December or January without anyone noticing him, say.
Hehe, yeah I know but all the lists here take a short time to update compared to the pentalist.
Well, not the EGRL. That should take almost as much time as the pentalist. 300 people, so more peops... but just blams and saves as stats, instead of all five.
But from what people say, life's got a semi-automated system for that, so maybe it doesn't take as long.
I know almost everybody does that, but I´m not so good with Excel. How long did it take you on average to update the saviours and blammers list?
With Excel? Oh, not much time at all, at least not compared to my top 500 VP lists and pentalists. They are/were just top 50s, of course, though. So even shorter than your top 100 here.
Yeah, that´s indeed a bit of a problem. I can only hope those users will post here someday.
Or that someone else notices them reviewing and sees how many reviews they have in their profile and goes "I don't think I've ever seen that person on Auz's reviewer list... hm.... better tell him about this one!"
:::crosses fingers:::
Haha, nah that´ll probably be a big waste of time.
But if all of us just do a bit of htat... it's less of a waste of time for each of us, yet could have far better results. I'm definitely going to keep an eye out for 700+ reviewers, and check if they're already on your updates.
I'm gonna review up from 666 to 680 soon, but... beyond that, I have no plans just yet.
Is there a specific reason for why you stop at 680? It doesn´t seem like such a special number to me.
I dislike 7, so I wouldn't want to stop at anywhere between 670 and 679?
But actually, I have 25 movies shortcutted right now, and Bahamut's recommended me 16 of his own movies. 666 + 25 + 16 = 707 reviews.
How does 707 reviews by your next update sound? I should make it on quite easily, right? Keep an eye out for me, if I don't get it done this week, I'll be trying hard for next week at the latest. But hopefully this week. #;-}>

Man, I'd like to hit 1000 reviews someday... I wonder if it'll still be in the top 100 by then. When did 1000 fall out of the top 50, anyway? I'd be tempted to say within the past few weeks.... yet all those +0000s suggest maybe months ago.

Jonathan Creek is about a magician who solves crimes. O_o
If you think that's good, you need to watch QI, a show featuring Alan Davies, the star of Jonathan Creek, where they talk about peoples perceptions of various things in the world and how most people are in fact wrong :P
I should say that I was only giving a very superficial summary of the show for Bahamut's ease of digestion there.
In reality, it's about a magician's assistant/trick-creator who can't stand his boss, the magician.... and about how he's always getting drawn into mysteries with this female friend of his with whom he has teh SEXUAL TENSIONS, but she laughs off ever being attracted to him.... BUT IS SHE?
Delightful show, really.
QI as in... qi?
Isn't that an awesome flash here on NG, too? Intriguing...
Your sort of intellectual tomfoolery :P
I'm sure I'd like it as well, sure.
