Yes, but all of those reviewers write reall short reviews that mean absolutely nothing, so it wasn't worth congratulating them.

While we're on the matter of short, pointless reviews, I was wondering why KWAS71KCK and RemRulzz aren't review banned?

Rule 2 clearly states that you're not allowed to do what they do, yet nothing happens and that rule is completely ignored, newer users may check out their reviews and see it as acceptable, when clearly it isn't, it's review spam, it's not tolerated on the BBS, it shouldn't be tolerated with reviews either.
