Really? I know in some eurpoean countires you can legally buy alcohol at 16, but i have never heard 15 before. Out here i nthe rural areas, the cops dont really give a damn. They may break up a party, but never lay charges or anything. So if you can get the alcohol, then you can drink, basically. So i was 14 (or 13? , forget) when i first got drunk.
