I swapped file about 40 seconds - 1 minute into judgment (removed all coauthors as well, even changed the name to 'awwww crap')... thats not anywhere close to 200 votes.

The author probably re-uploaded a .swf file and changed the movie completely right after it passed judgement.... maybe the author had second thoughts about submitting his or her work to newgrounds.

Well, I was the author, and I switched the file about a minute into judgment, because the file I uploaded was completely screwed up... I wanted it taken off.. but it still passed.
