Thanks for the congrats. I read that as well and I was quite puzzled by it. I mean there are so many loopholes that it couldn't possibly be done accurately if it was automated. If they were manually checking the voting patterns they would still have to take many things into consideration.

What if I voted 0 without watching a movie because it was previously entered into the portal several times that day already, and I knew it was just some sort of joke or spam etc? I guess I have no choice but to abide by it, but that certainly doesn't mean I totally agree with it.

Anyway thanks for the congrats Wayne, and also thanks Yoink. I'm not sure if he's gonna post it in here but I noticed phileeguy also leveled up to 11 tonight, so I guess he deserves another congrats. Well I've spent enough time glued to the portal today, I guess I should head off to bed.

Yes i like that idea, the voting is all wackked right now i saw one movie which was a really good one and voted a 4 and the score was 1.50 or something and this was a decent movie that should have been atleast a 2.50 - 3.05 quality but i dont know what people were thinking ohwell what can ya do...

I can understand the point though. Personally, I don't know why they changed it in the first place. I badly misquote Wade when I say: "If you're not even watching the movie, what business do you have voting on it?" Allowing users to vote on a movie by simply opening the window is just asking for the system to be abused.

I am ranked 168 for my B/Ping as of late. This is the lowest I have ever been. I peaked at 170 a few months ago, then dropped to 178, and I have been pulling myself up, and it seems I have been gaining places steadily...I guess I have more time on my hands these days...you'd think a girlfriend would stop that...Guess not.

I'm glad emailed me as soon as he did, I was pretty sure I was in the clear, now it's good to know I definately am.

As for Wade's post... people wondering if they're on the naughty list despite the fact it won't matter as they only have to stop voting unfairly, the same questions being asked over and over, and there wasn't much worth reading after the first post (the fact that he's set all whistle entries to be cleared tomorrow morning was interesting, but had nothing to do with the topic).

At least it's stopped some people from their (not completetly) evil ways (eg Bonus). I also plan to stop voting harshly, even if I'm in a hurry. Now I always count to 5 if the file size is small, even if I can see a stick fighting against a poor quality jpeg using DBZ moves with a power ball filled with a default gradient.
