Well, most of the people on the top 50 have more blams than protects. And much more. It's rare to find anyone with near even amounts, or more protects than blams (agent66 being the main example of this, along with me).

And yep, I guess so. Especially when you consider I had about 50 points in mid January. Almost the entire bulk of my 4800 points I got in the past 10 weeks.

I have some aquaintances who have pretty bad cases of OCD. It's pretty rough for them, I feel a good amount of sympathy whenever it becomes an issue while I'm around them. For that matter, I have some aquaintances with pretty bad cases of ADD and ADHD as well (In case you haven't already gathered, I get around). So if you've got OCD, at least on the good side you'll have a hell of a lot of points. If you had ADHD however, it would be quite the opposite.

Well, there's a fine line between having ADD, and just having an active, fun-loving personality. Personally, I think doctors these days are way too quick to hand out a diagnosis, especially one of ADD. They need to realize, some people just like to make the most out of life, and don't like to do anything long enough to get bored of it. That's a personality trait, as opposed to a disorder, which is where I think doctors are a little too hasty to choose the one which benefits their payrole.

yea i agree with you on that one - they are always jumping to make a diagnosis about things - something they dont know always tryin to put there name on it or something....they dont think about the patient more about the cure and what to name it and such.....etc....

I missed the last 20 hours though, spent the night at my g/f's with a couple other friends. Managed an hour and a half of sleep, from 10 - 11:30 in the late morning, so I'm pretty whiped. Oh well, I'm not one for caffeine, so I'll just pop in some eyedrops, and I'll be good to go for the next while.

Im hoping with the increase of level and rank being nearby my voting power goes up alot in hoping to enter the 8's as its an honour to be 10+ and thats what I and many others want but i have the chance because my high level conbined with my ranks makes it strog if Driamrki were my level i think he would be about a 9+ in voting power,

Currently, I guess around... oh, 8-10 hours a day online. Unemployed at the moment, so that's the reason it's so high right now. I hope to be a BIT more busy (with a job) by Memorial Day at the latest.

Yeah... well, mine's not SO rough. I don't wash my hands obsessively or things like that. Some OCDers start to cause harm to themselves due to repetitive, injurious action.

Me, my OCD mostly is benign. Aside from my aforementioned tendencies to keep track of things and make logs of things and obsessively update them, my mine probs are these:

1) tend to do things an even number of times. I dislike odd numbers, and if I notice I've done something an odd number of times, I'll often do it one more time to get it to even. This usually means something like if I have 5 chicken nuggets, I eat 1 more to make it 6.

2) sometimes have weird needs to go one way or another on a path while walking or driving. i.e. the same way I came earlier, or sometimes a different way.

3) This one's the most time-wasting. I often refuse to believe, though I've seen it with my own eyes, or felt it with my own hand, that doors are locked and things like that. i.e. when I leave my apartment, not only do I lock it with the key, but I check it by turning the handle and tugging, and if I'm not really paying close attention, I might have to turn around after 10 steps or so and recheck it.

But that's not SO bad, it's mainly a problem with my car. Up till a year ago I had an ancient Buick, and it had normal locks, so I'd just hit the automatic lock on the inside of the door before closing it, it'd lock all four doors, I'd close it, and MAYBE check it once, but usually just walk off. I trusted it.

But my new car has a wireless key thingie, and even though the car flashes twice when it's locked (once when unlocked), I always seem to have to stare at the taillights and lock it 2 or 3 times before I trust that it's locked and I didn't just lock and then unlock it or something.

There's probably more, but as you can see, I probably just wasted more time talking about my OCD in this post than I do dealing with my OCDish habits in most given days, so I got little to complain about. #;-}>

So if you've got OCD, at least on the good side you'll have a hell of a lot of points. If you had ADHD however, it would be quite the opposite.

Ohhhh yeah, I'm glad I don't have that at least. I can read a book for 10 hours straight, play an RPG for 30 hours straight (yep, did it once), etc. etc. No problems with concentration/attention span for me, if anything, too much of it sometimes, not too little.

I do. Cept for the door lock uncertainty. Sometimes it'll be 30 minutes later and I won't be able to check it and I start getting paranoid cause I didn't do enough locking/lock checking before I left the apartment/car. #;-}>

Me, I've got a clear road ahead to #41. I just passed frogtoe (A1ias) after three days stuck at 45 to get to 44, and now 43, 42, and 41 are all less than 100 points away, though they're quite actively rising. Shadow and Agent66 seem to be stuck in the 5200s, so actually, another week and I'll be up to 39, methinks.
