For future reference, we refer to experience as level, and BPs as rank. It just makes life easier if we don't have to spend two lines explaining which kind of level we mean any time something comes up.

Actually, they're right. When I started, and obviously through when you did as well, there were three mailings. When NG cut ties with Troma, one of those mailing options went away. They are down to two +5 mailings for all new sign-ups.

So far I think it's quite a bit better. The biggest thing I noticed is how huge it is. The cities are enormous, I'd say there's 5x more drivable area on SA than VC. It's set in the early 90's and you're from the ghetto. It's basically straight out of Menace II Society. There's new aspects of the game too. If you eat too much you can get fat, you can work out and get ripped, you can get tatoos and different haircuts. There's a ton new vehicles to drive.
