Well, at first your speed doesn't need to be high in order to gain rank places. Once you hit my rank, you need to get around 30 a day to move up...and I can imagine that if you want to move up in rankings where Qwoxyl is, you have to get a lot more. But, doing 30 a day is a good place to start.
