W00, nearly at 1,000 posts. A couple more days and I reckon I will be there.

Strange, when I signed up I posted in the BBS about 10 days after I got my account. I only posted sporadically then. I then stopped at 50 posts, then rediscovered my account after a while, and now I post about 10 posts a day!

I've been here longer than DarkArchon. No offence to him, but why is he a mod? He only just recently got to 1,000 posts and has been here for just about a year, when most of the other mods were regulars for a long time and posted consistently.

The Fulp brothers (or maybe just one, I dunno) know him IRL and modded him because they felt he was suitable for the job. It went against everything Wade had said in the "How YOU can be a MOD!" thread and there was an uproar about it, but eventually people figured the Fulps run NG and what they say goes, contradictory to previous statements or not. DarkArchon seems to be making an effort nowadays though, isn't he nearing 2,000 posts or so? I think we could do with some more mods myself, nearly everytime I'm in General there are no mods there. I see Jonny occasionally, but seeing as I come on during the slow hours I guess I'm just missing the others.

About the more mods convo, i think there should be more GMT mods, i mean, its only JonThompson who mods europe at this rate, lol, a bit harsh dont you think. Most of the mods are American based, i think a few more from europe would be good, maybe Alexsmolik would be a good mod. Meh thats my two cents.

Nah, he's only got around 1,000 posts currently.

I think we could do with some more mods myself, nearly everytime I'm in General there are no mods there. I see Jonny occasionally, but seeing as I come on during the slow hours I guess I'm just missing the others.

Yeah, I know, there should be some more. There's a lot already, but a lot of them are inactive. I think Ozcar or D0GMA should be mods, they're usually very helpful.

Yuh, more English mods would be useful. I would suggest Earfetish, but I don't reckon he would be a popular choice 'cos of all his bannings and spam and stuff.

I won't speak for Ozcar, but me as a mod here is a bad idea. I've done it before on some smaller forums and things get real quiet when I mod.

It's pretty good. A lot of the critics' opinions were split on it, but I like it. Takes a few listens I'd say. If you liked the Fat of the Land you'd probably like it.

Haven't actually touched Starcraft BTW, I'm waiting until I get to uni to start playing it.

Well, I have just learned the hard way how much Internet Explorer sucks. I got a GMail invite, got everything set up, but then IE froze on the login page. Restart the machine, same result. Use the computer lab, works just fine. I finally decided to get Mozilla Firefox, and it's a LOT faster than IE. Who would have thought that one browser would bring up pages faster than the other? I am happy now :-D
