The purpose of this thread is to post your level-ups, post milestones (1000s), etc, and it's also a lounge, so you can talk about stuff other than someone's achievement.
Is it still the original consept from the first page?
It was to post about level-ups, but it became more than that.

I already answered him, but in the same minute as him. He probably got annoyed when other people were making posts, but ignoring his. Oh well, he might come back.

It's times like these I'm glad I hadn't announced this earlier.
I finally reached my 15,000th b/p point
so that means I'm half way to my goal
but at the rate I'm going (2.16 per day)
It looks like I'll get there 'till the next olympics games =(

Keep chuggin' along and you'll get there... someday.

I like my low PPD, IMO 2,000 posts with 1.6 posts per day is more onethreethreeseven than someone with 2,000 posts at 19.4 posts per day.

15,000 b/p is good, congrats to you.
My aim this year is to get around 2,500-5,000 b/p and to get deposit exp everday to get to level 11 or 12. Lots more posts( around 500) And i might start writing reviews on movies.
Congrats everyone! :D
Right now im writing from my uncles house in toronto =)
Thank you BonusStage again for depositing for me! :)
Umm well, thats all, just stopped to say hello :D
I'll be doing some b/p every few days.. lol im 57 :)

Yes and no. One of the BBS rules is not to make stat topics. This started that way, but has evolved into a general place to hang out. It also acts as an outlet for people to make the announcements they wat to about rank-ups and the like.

he is dying for that ban to lift, and RIGHT on 12 too, not all that bad
HAH! That ban may have been the best thing to happen to me in a while... since I was banned, I went on a massive review fest... with no 'distractions' or something..
For those of you 'blind' people who havent noticed yet... I AM on the Top 10 Reviewers list now. =D

Lurking I was... it took the mods long enough to lock that thing! heh...
I just noticed, if Yoink would post more often, he could have made that silly list of mine too!
You can always count on j00b to keep you posted on new and current info through the powers of the BBS Sig!!
That you can... That you can...

Realistic Goals:
Don't get banned (IT'S POSSIBLE!!!)
Get to the number 5 spot on Reviewers list (Assuming Violet-AIM and Cyberdevil (He's active latelty)doesnt go insane and review a shit load of flashes anytime soon).
Becoming a BP Praporschizznit (or whatever it is).
Unrealistic Goals:
Get ESGC
Kill ~X~ and delete all his reviews (maybe not kill him... but at least wound him or somethin =D)
Reach level 30
Deity Whistle
Get 1000000 Free Stickers.
Kill Bill.
I'm back! Reading (the music festival I've been at for the last 5 days) was awesome, but smelly. Many thanks to BonusStage for depositing for me, and congrats to the people who have managed stuff in my absence. Finally I should be able to get about a month or so of NG activity in (posting, b/ping etc) without being away from home that much!

Aww bad luck yup I'm here to stay :p it's ok though, I only bite occasionally...
I thought I'd make a short comment on how the amount of time a submission stays under judgment on the portal these days is drastically reduced, whether it was protected or not. There's some hungry voters lurking out there.

You're right there, more and more users are after b/p points now. When i work in my parents' shop, i try to make quick visits to vote on submissions on NG in between working every 20 minutes or so. In that short space of 20 minutes quite a few submissions will have passed judgemnet already. Pretty frustrating for someone trying to get to the last rank as fast as possible.

Yes... never again will we see 35 under judgement movies waiting to be voted on.

I remember the days I'd come back from an evening class last year and there being atleast 20 everytime. I would just catch right up (this being a prime time for submissions).

Maybe they should make it so that you need 300 votes to pass judgement ! But then there would be a very long list to bring all the existing flashes already on the site to 300 votes...

Perhaps they could just impose a 300-vote judgement period on new flashes? Just leave all the already submitted flashes alone?

Don't even think that. It took us MONTHS to get all the old submissions up from 100 to 200 minimum. It would be even worse now, with all the submissions that have passed in the interim.

They can't do that. If they raised the bar to 300 votes, every submission with less than 300 votes would go back to under judgement.

Well, I sunmitted 3 games in the past week, (they all passed judgement, woot!) and each of them had about 500 views before they got the required 200 votes to pass. I was expecting maybe 250 views. It seems a lot of people, (the majority even) don't bother voting on UJ submissions. Maybe they didn't have accounts.
