I can't begin to tell you how pissed I get when freakin' idiots vote on flash based on the author's previous work and not the one that was submitted. It makes me wonder if some of the voters are actually watching the flash. Double bah!

Yup, that's right. The max VP is 10, but with the 60% boost, that would be 16VP.
