Grats =) It all depends upon the program doing the conversions and reductions. Yours looks fine, even though you kept the full cut out and then shrunk it to the 400px width. For me, when I do that, all of the words get a little fuzzy. Your jpeg's gold also looks closer to the norm. Nijsse is about the same as mine with respect to that issue. The gold tends to look "washed-out" in jpegs, but keeps the depth in .gif.

The problem is Nijsse is getting points faster than I am, so I won't catch up. kospas is a better target for me as he isn't moving. Chances are you'll beat me, so I'll to stay ahead for a little while.

Lately I've been studying the password system in Ronin-Spirit of the Sword. I've figured out the function of all but 8 of the 29 characters, and it's a lot of fun cruising through the game on damn-close-to-max stats. I'm sure the system has been deconstructed by others before me, but I find it amusing to be able to do it myself. You could try your hand at it too, or at least try the game out. It's fun, more then a million people can't be wrong.

That crap used to happen to me at the last place. Every winter (several times) some twit would skid through an intersection half a mile away and slam into the transformer for my entire neighborhood. Hopefully it's settled down now for you. get another star
