I just thought of something. Could one get 2 b/p points on movies that are UJ when the new GG day happens? Basically, does the system dish out generic points, or IP/username points which would be set at 1 per?

You could get 2 b/p if you have 2 accounts and vote using one before the new day and another by using the second account. Other than that, no. Only your first vote on an UJ submission counts for a blam/protection point. So this also rules out if you voted 0 to start with, then went back after the new day and voted 5 and it got saved. You will not get a protection point because your first vote was to blam.

Ok, axe the generic points part, it has to be able to recongize your user name to give you your points. So basically my question is, is there a set amount of points you can get or is there a loophole in the system by being able to vote twice during GG day changes.

No, I used to think that as well, but I think it was liljim who said no matter what, you can only get one point per movie.

I think he thinks he isn't spamming. I remember him saying something about getting teased about spamming and he was sure he wasn't. Hopefully the ban gets the message across.

Yeah, he does post frequently and with little content, but thats just his way. I dont even think hes been here for a year and his posts and b/s points is ridiculous. I just think hes trying to please to many people at the same time.

How often are your cookies deleted? Occasionally, my cookies are wiped, meaning that i have to re-type passwords and links return to their original colour. Very irritating.

This strange phenomenon is happening to me also, do you chaps have Windows XP ? I think this is my problem, it never happened when i had 2000 on my computer.

Yup, i'm running Windows XP and like you, i never had problems running older versions of the OS.
