done and done. Got one of all teh 14,000-15,000 peops. They're all Majors, too, so I snipped teh ranks to make it all fit. Sometimes I'll actually edit a screenshot to get ranks into it if that's important, but it takes too long. So hopefully the spot #, name, so forth, and point total is enough for ya. ENJOY!
You never commented on my comments on Lost in Translation, BTW. Nor on teh mention that Rushmore is still better. I think I've asked you like THREE times now: have you seen Rushmore or not? #;-}>
Thanks for the screenshot, dude. I knew I could count on you. Things are going extremely well in the blam/protect department though. I just checked the list again and so far, I seem pretty safe in my #20 spot. However, I should still watch my back. If I'm not careful, Oderus_Urungus could catch up to me again. Right now, he's got 14,725 blam/protects. On the other hand, I'm almost 100% certain that I'm past _altr_ for good now. He's only gained fifteen points from last night's total of 14,730 points. He's at 14,745 right now. So, even if Oderus_Urungus gets in front of me again, all I need to do is pass either the relatively slow-moving stafffighter or Captain_Bob to get back into the Top 20. I am currently at 14,763 blam/protect points. I'm going to enjoy my stay in the Top 20, you can count on that.
As for your comments on Lost In Translation (which, I might add, is another one of the movies I have listed in my profile under Favorite Films), I agree wholeheartedly. I could really connect with both Murray's character, Bob, and Johansson's Charlotte. Which is kind of what made the ending of the movie all the more touching. I kind of felt sorry for Charlotte too when she was making that phone call near the beginning of the movie. Those two are really great actors, are they not? You know, I bought the DVD without even seeing it beforehand at the time and I regret nothing. It's just an awesome film. And all the people who disagree just don't get it. Or so I say to make myself look better. It's stuff like this that makes the world go round. Oh, and as for Rushmore, it's on my rental list. I'll get around to that after I watch the twenty or so flicks that my friends recommended to me the other day. In time, gfoxcook. In time.

Great movie with a great soundtrack also. Thomas Newman, the guy who composed the music is a genius, and it's not the run-of-the-mill rubbish that lacks originality used in the soundtrack either. The instruments he uses are pretty different and distinct. Great stuff.
Yeah, tell me about it. Thomas Newman, you say. Well, thanks for telling me who that guy was. That was actually something I needed to know. Long story short, I have some friends who are interested in actually creating some films, and just for fun, we wanted to put together a little parody of the movie and call it "Canadian Beauty". It's good that I now know the name of the composer though. Should make my job of finding the music so much easier. But yeah, I totally agree. I love the music in that flick. It's always nice to know that there are people out there with the same cinematic tastes as you.
