I was nominated for both the best poaster and the unfunniest poaster by the now deceased 24901miles and Peaceblossom respectively. Never got nominated for the worst poaster.
I think 24901miles found my more serious poasts (about other than dick and cock) insightful. Peaceblossom got slightly annoyed by my copy-and-paste materials. I don’t do that nowadays, but I also don’t have many interesting things to talk about.
200,000 B/P

Miss those dudes... why do sensible users somehow find the lure to leave this place, how can it be?! I wonder.
FYI your posts are always fascinating.

You could always toggle the newsletter thing that gives you 5 EXP on/off and consequently both gain and lose 5 EXP over and over again for any desirable duration of time. ;)
Those double EXP days though hmm, wonder what happened to them, they were fun.
Maybe since activity's increased the admins don't feel there's much need for them anymore. That it was more an incentive to get people voting than a fun thing - hope they get back to 'em regardless.

With certain exceptions as to that daily activity no? ;) Happy Anniversary DSB!
Levelup!
Took me less than a year to level up from 48 to 49. that's better than my track record (10+ total years of missed deposits)

I have been active every day on my account for the last 18 years. That is why they call me The Iron Man of NewGrounds. Thank you for the congrats.

Just checked your EXP and... you really have huh? Not a single missed deposit?
You have about 2,000 EXP beyond the expected 10 x 18 x 365. If you really never missed a single day that's a good way to calculate how many double EXP days we've had so far total. Just divide the surplus EXP with ten, after counting daily EXP/years, and you have the number of days we've had double...
-10 for the two newsletters.

It's really easy to refute DSB's claim. DrJam (https://drjam.newgrounds.com/) signed up after DSB and has more EXP. You might be able to use that method to find out the excess EXP available using DrJam's current numbers, but I think it's still not likely to be accurate.

Oh, interesting. Going by his profile we've had around 300 double EXP days so far, didn't account for leap year differences and what-not but that's the best estimate yet then, wonder how many deposits he might've missed...
At 10/26/22 01:38 PM, Cyberdevil wrote:wonder how many deposits he might've missed...
Not sure if my numbers would help any better but I don't think I've missed more than a month's worth of deposits since I signed up (lost out on the 10 EXP for the newsletters). As for double/triple EXP days, maybe 50 EXP I missed out on? It's way too hard to pinpoint unless someone went their way to work out how many bonus EXP days we've had since they started happening.

Thank you for asking a question, and not just assuming. I never said that I have deposited every single day. I said that I was active. Active meeting that I have posted in topics, earned medals, or reviewed something.

GUTHRIE made the mistake of assuming. When you assume, you make an ass out u and me.
This is one of the issues we have on NewGrounds, people just assume and misunderstand things.
