Of course you can. It's just much harder. When you have a garbage whistle you're flagging of abusive reviews doesn't notify a review mod. For a review mod to take notice the same review will have to get flagged by someone/someone's who's whistle is/are nice and shiny.

Basically if you find a review that you know is abusive 100% you should still mark it. I had a garbage whistle at one point too.

The smoke was pretty thick at times. I definitely had a sensitivity to it. My face would get puffy and itch a little. The HVAC system in our building is pretty good though so the air was filtered. Just the walk outside that got me.

The Golden Cookie Award unfortunately isn't a real cookie, since I can't imagine actually trying to ship a cookie to anyone, and I don't want to know your addresses unless it's like, super important. But it's simply a semi-joke award for whoever I felt made the most progress since last I saw.
