Nice. :) Bit surprised you say you thought they had died btw, did they do anything to make it seem that way, or just leave without a trace? Guess I'm still a bit naive, but unless there's some post about it I usually just assume people are elsewhere. Even when it does become official someone's passed it's hard to believe, feels like interacting online - without face to face contact, the presence you feel from someone never disappears the same way as it would in real life. So much harder to grasp people really die, online. Especially when their accounts live on, maybe... well, anyway, didn't mean to delve into the pondering of potentially depressing afterrealms here...

Yeah, you never know. Was pretty shocked back when Jude (CheeseCakeLOL) popped up on that page a couple years ago. Had just scouted her for the portal, which she was happy about, and seemed like she was just getting ready to go on a submission spree, so that was sudden...

In other news, I'll have 700 audio reviews in a few minutes. Just gotta pick a song and make it official, hahah. Before I do that, I'm gonna plug in the dryer for my grandma. Had to unplug it during a storm last night.

I think I was pretty into stats right from the start ('04), though I migrated to alternate communities for a year or so shortly after (that ceased to exist, so I...), came back, lost interest a bit but kept depositing at least, came back again in 2012... have probably only been B/Ping consistently since then, trying to really catch every submission that hits the Portal. I think I only miss a few each night right now. The slowed down judgement pace makes it easier to keep up, but I do wish I spent more time on this when there was a surplus. Catching up to those who did just seems... impossible. Someday though...

I'm pretty sure you lose more points for flagging a review wrongly, than flagging one right, so best be careful about marking any you're not 100% sure about. I was pending between Silver and Gold forever before I really decided to skip anything dubious. Maybe you're right at the brink of Deity already though! :D Without visible points it feels like such a long wait, you never know how close you are.
