No. Unfortunately most of the people that used to make those lists have moved on or just don't bother anymore.

Also, completely unrelated but unless incisor deposits sometime in the next 18 hours, I will be the 101st NG member to hit Level 60. I'm currently ranked #101 to incisor's #102 by a mere 5 points. I think he's undecided if he wants to level up according to his userpage blog.

Try pressing F5 if your not seeing it. I updated it within minutes of leveling up.

I see the level 59 icon not the level 60. You might want to update it again. On and congrats on reaching the final level. Had it been the old system none of us would be anywhere near the top level.

Seriously all you need to do is press F5 and you'll see it. If I can see it and others can already see it, it's not a problem on my end, it's on your end. F5 and see for yourself.

Actually I was in the barracks since I believe 2005-2006 seeing as I remember I was still a silver whistle user back then. But to be honest I miss the way the barracks used to be compared to how it is now. Back then it was a chill place where we could actually talk with friends as well as help keep the portal clean.

However now it is just a spot to report abusive flash so the portal mods can unpublish it.

Agreed, although at least the portal gets cleaned immediately instead of the stuff being removed post judgement and our B/P removed. The Barracks working with the mods is a good thing for NG as a whole, similar to how the audio abuse report thread is good for the AP.

The EGB had already started to become a bit empty even before now, when EagleRock and the others disappeared. I still miss users like @HeavenDuff, @Sentio, etc., and the long paragraphs we'd all trade about our days -- you know the drill -- salutes, protocol. That was back when we could get ourselves banned for encouraging a zero/five, and now, as the saying goes, "v0te appropriately". @Byteslinger pops in now and again with a salute and a roster, and you might remember @idiot-buster, formerly buster1, from that time period. I'm glad at least the EGB didn't die out like the PD did. A sad place, that is.

Newgrounds is running very slowly nowadays... The same goes for pretty much all the clubs and crews these days...

But yeah, it was pretty cool back then. But the BBS is kind of dying slowly, as is the website. But the website as a whole is surviving better then the BBS. There are countless websites with a bigger membership, so it kind of shows in here, with most of the clubs being slowly abandonned. The Metal Hell used to be very active, but lately it's been very slow, like the other clubs you mentioned.

Hey, glad to see you back here! I didn't even know you were still alive! But I agree. The only thing that seems to still be kicking is General. I bet this is why Tom is asking everyone to contribute as a Supporter. Sadly, my school blocks CPMstar ads. I'm very upset about that.

I shied away from it, but it wasn't 'cause I didn't sway to the left side of the panel. Truth be told, I hardly got any B/P because I'd usually vote 1 instead of 2 on those KK spam flashes we used to get. I still don't get much B/P, and I'm fine with that. Anyway, how could I forget you? We went through the Barracks Under Fire and all those other little tales on the Barracks forum, offsite. :P

It seems to be slowing down, especially in the C&C. Hardly ever see a yellow icon next to a forum any more. All people use most of the forums now for are to post their music in the AP, post their art in the Art Forum, report flash in the C&C, and talk shit in General. I'm not sure if people are getting discouraged from over-moderating or what, or if it's just because they don't like changes to the site. For one, I hate the voting overhaul, and that you can't vote as an anon anymore. At least I think we used to be able to do that. I think we need to go back to the settings that worked in the glory days and hold over the news features and feeds. That'd help a lot.
