True, I think that was one of the few really good ones I had.

I just did think back then that 18 was a bit too young (everyone goes: "Ohhh, just turned 18, huh?") and 20 was a bit too old. After all, that's a '2' in front of your age, not a '1' anymore... so 19 was perfect. ;)

I'm a third of the way there for medals, but has anyone even gotten close to that in reviews?

There are 5 users with 10k+ reviews, most notably XwaynecoltX, who has over 21,000 and has been NG's #1 reviewer since 2002. Cyberdevil also has over 10k and is still very active -he'll make it to #2 all time, at least. ;)
