I acknowledged that mistake in my previous post. He has 3 accounts, the earliest of which is 6 years old.
I'll be driving in to work on Friday the 21st, my last day in the office for 2012, playing Rush's 2112, all the way through. If it ends just as I pull up at the car park, I'll be worried ;)
Mainly because the album is 39 minutes long and I usually take 55 to get in of a morning...
I'd include Tool's "Aenima", too - really a perfect song for such an occasion. (The apocalypse, that is, not driving to work. :P)

You mean Bezman, right? I remember him from the RRC back in '08-'09; he always seemed like a pretty cool guy. I Haven't seen him around in quite a while, but then again I haven't seen ME around in quite a while until just recently, either. :P

As for Alice in Chains, didn't I say to you I've only listened to Dirt or was that the Metal Hell?
I think you mentioned that in a PM; I was only talking about how I still like their new stuff without Layne -their lead singer who died in 2002.
Nah, I've never really cared for them.
Really? :( Cornell's voice has always been a favorite of mine.
If I come across, I'll try and pick it up. It's Christmas so I expect a huge stock of drinks for the holidays. ;)
Sounds like a plan!
I guess with where I live it's not consistent. However, I imagine they will update after a while so no worries there.
The view directly above my house is from March of 2012 -fairly recent. I always love checking out the historical images of areas I know well, or used to go to as a kid.

Thought I would stop by and post that tomorrow is my main accounts 10 year "birthday"!

Stop putting words in my mouth. I merely stated that the idea of being offered the temptation of such does not appeal to me at all. Not that I was tempted at all. Be gone, foul demon!
The way we keep getting ice every morning, I think it's only a matter of time until we get snow. But I want a bit of it.Then go somewhere where it snows, dear boy.
Well, yesterday was interesting, with the amount of rain and standing water that we had. I know I meant to wash the car, but that was ridiculous!

I can think of other songs to play that are appropriate for driving to work - Chris Rea, with The Road To Hell, for example.

By my math your account is 9 years old. (Yes, I do notice these things.) :(
What's with all this "my other account is this old" stuff lately??

There's a name I haven't seen in a long time. You're the only even remotely active user I can think of who's had the same signature for longer than I have. Though I suppose Coop's had his for quite some time, too.
Coop, when did you get that sig?

Black Sabbath (the song) is pretty damn gloom-and-doom. Plenty of fitting songs out there -maybe I'll make a playlist. :P
Oh, and I just found Rush's "Chronicles" in an old CD collection. Some damn fine music, that. (They are one of those bands I mainly only know the popular tracks from -Tom Sawyer, Limelight, Closer to the Heart, just to name a few.) I'm currently making the effort to listen to all of their songs.
Thanks:

"Thanks for voting, Mr-Snrub! Your experience has been automatically deposited!
With that vote, you now have 24,520 experience points. You need 0 more to get to Level 48. The next Grounds Gold day begins in 9 hours, 45 minutes, and 47 seconds.
Level 51, nice to be back in gold again.
If only I could get that damned Deity whistle I'd have a thoroughly pimped out account. (barring medal points.)
So yeah, 27,750 experience points... All things considered, quite a lot. Can't believe the difference within life since I first joined to now. Quite a transition.
Anyway, screen grab:
