Heh shame.Nah. I'm surprised you didn't get much about the first World War then. I mean... it was pretty much what caused Germany to be put in a poor financial situation and explains why Hitler became 'popular' and all.Yeah, we discussed what lead to Hitler's takeover of power and of course WW I was part of that. But it was discussed for only a short time.
It's odd that we probably had more about WW I than you then, considering Holland was neutral in that war :p

Yeah. You can't say you know much about the book if you've only read 1 out of 1200+ pages.Yeah. Uhu, 'exploitation movies' XDHey, it IS a real genre! Or at least, some kind of supergenre.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exploitatio n_film
I guess it is. I've heard the term more often, but it sounds like a good way to cover up that something is a downright porn film.
Browsing through the genres in the list, it looks like a lot of them are inspiration for B-films (except for the Spaghetti Western and a few others).
There's also a "Women in prison" genre, where the "you just droped your soap"-scene would be a perfect match.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Women_in_pr ison_film
Sounds more like a subgenre of hardcore porn XD
Also, while not really a "women in prison" film, you really should watch The Halfway House some time. It features a tentacle monster and the great line "Stop thinking with your dick, Dick!"

Heh shame.Does Holland have an army anway? :P
It's odd that we probably had more about WW I than you then, considering Holland was neutral in that war :p
You know what our army was when you guys rolled in in 1940? A measily twenty battalions mostly armed with 19th century rifles and 19th century artillery. The only good thing we had was a bunch of modern airplanes made by the Fokker company, but of course they were still no match for the Germans.
And you know what our tactics were? Set a massive block along the river and keep you guys from crossing. We hadn't figured out that you guys had airplanes and would simply drop a load of bombs and paratroopers right behind us.
Yeah we sucked back then. And our army still sucks ass, but unfortunately our government doesn't seem to realise that the Netherlands' army will always be a joke compared to the major powers in the world and they feel like we need 85 JSF's to keep up with everyone...
Yeah. You can't say you know much about the book if you've only read 1 out of 1200+ pages.Wouldn't make for great conversations on parties as well. "Have you read 'In Search of Lost Time'?" - "Yes, but only that one page, where..."

Yeah me neither. Like I've already advocated before, scaling it up to level 100 would be nice. Although doing it in smaller steps (like level 80) would be fine with me too. As long as we just get some more levels and some more BP ranks too.
I'd prefer the BP ranks actually if I had to choose.

Yeah of course. I seem to be one of the few who disliked it so big chance you'll enjoy it.As you should know, I don't watch a whole lot of movies so I should watch this just fine.
Yeah. A problem with having seen quite a bunch of films is that eventually things just seem less original and you start comparing everything with everything and you get a lot more critical about them. It can take away from the enjoyment sometimes.
Did it give you any further rewards other than a nice challenge?Well, some of the original monsters gave you sphere fillings.

I thought about the search bar, but what could I put, make the game better mod? I give up with Morrowind.
When I do give it a second chance, I will dig up that mod.

I've only made one submission this year.

However, now that I'm not so far away from level 50, I wouldn't mind a few more levels for the redesign.Yeah me neither. Like I've already advocated before, scaling it up to level 100 would be nice. Although doing it in smaller steps (like level 80) would be fine with me too. As long as we just get some more levels and some more BP ranks too.
I'd like to see where we go with just another ten levels.
I'd prefer the BP ranks actually if I had to choose.
Yeah, B/P could do with an update more than the level system. Even if 30,000 is intimidating for new users, so is level 60.
That one will be at least cool.Sure.
So this is from a Mortal Kombat film? Is it already out yet or is it still coming out?
It's probably from the original Mortal Kombat film.
Yeah, perhaps Monsters Inc. got it right. As for Cars, just a bunch of cars with faces on them? Not very imaginative. Another thing it is missing :p
Of course. Just look at Toy Story and then this...
As you should know, I don't watch a whole lot of movies so I should watch this just fine.Yeah. A problem with having seen quite a bunch of films is that eventually things just seem less original and you start comparing everything with everything and you get a lot more critical about them. It can take away from the enjoyment sometimes.
Good thing I don't watch a whole lot of movies then. I know loads of bad ones, though. :P
Well, some of the original monsters gave you sphere fillings.Something for the sphere grid?
Obviously.

You realise that gfox is more active than you, right? D: Oh well, I can still speak to you on Twitter or even on Last.fm.

Sad but true. At least the internet retards didn't run the ORLY owls to the ground. They may have been popular in 2005 but at least they didn't keep it alive for years like over 9000 has.
Feeling semi-dead today.

That's nothing to "Hah!" about.
Tom is going to make his appearance in Manchester so maybe I can leave Pico Day for the following year.Maybe 2013?I will be there... obviously.
There should be direct flights from Manchester to Hamburg.
Redesign: Get rid of signatures altogether?I'm just glad I'm visiting the Metal-Archives forums more often. They don't allow avatars or signature pictures at all. It feels very tidy.Oh yes. I'm glad newgrounds got rid of animated signatures, at least.
Get rid of pictures in signatures. A little text is all right, but pictures are annoying most of the time.
But I need to defend Dratini's cuteness.DAMN YOU! This means war! What is it good for? Absolutely nothing.
No no, you don't get it.
War! huh-yeah What is it good for?Absolutely nothing (<- that's a link right there)

But what about the girls I saw in the math faculty?
Yeah... sort of. A bit less child-ish maybe, but it's comparable I think.Basically it's a series about teenagers in high school who have formed a musical group or something and throughout the episodes they sing all kinds of covers of well known songs (which fit into the story somehow). That's all I know. But, isn't that "Highschool Musical"?
Good thing I never saw Highschool Musical or Glee, then.
Well perhaps they have an equal amount of fans and haters? I don't know.Ah, I'll put it right next to Nickelback then.Yes. Seems nobody likes that band. So why are they so succesful?
Maybe they just bought all the records themselves to get up high in the charts.
So if I have two bottomless bags and I put one of those bags in the other, will it fill up the other bag?Holy shit! Bagception!Yo dawg! I heard you like bags, so we put a bag in your bag, so you can carry stuff in your bag while you carry a bag in your bag.
Interesting question. But since the first bag is bottomless at well there should still be an infinite amount of space left.
YES! Driving a car is awesome! You should really get one someday!Maybe.
Not in large cities. And not on highways.
Tyfuszooi!Lol. Not even close to Dutch then.Godverdomme!
Hm, I tried to translate that, but google failed. I guess it's een krachtterm as well?
Now you're reminding me of The Lawnmower Man, just when I had erased it out of my memory.Yeah I think it's called "Lawman".Sounds like "Lawnman". "And here we see the evil neighbour that never mows his lawn!"
LOL!
I guess it is. I've heard the term more often, but it sounds like a good way to cover up that something is a downright porn film.Uhu, 'exploitation movies' XDHey, it IS a real genre! Or at least, some kind of supergenre.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exploitatio n_film
Yeah, but you could never cover up hardcore porn, I guess. Besides, I think exploitation movies still have more story than a porn. Even if the story is bullshit... ^^
There's also a "Women in prison" genre, where the "you just droped your soap"-scene would be a perfect match.Sounds more like a subgenre of hardcore porn XD
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Women_in_pr ison_film
Oh yeah. That's why it's also called "sexploitation" sometimes.
Also, while not really a "women in prison" film, you really should watch The Halfway House some time. It features a tentacle monster and the great line "Stop thinking with your dick, Dick!"You're recommending me a film that scores a 3.2? :p
It's really worth it.
Oh come on. Those people who rated the movie just don't get the visionary elements in this movie, the well-thought-out story line... and most of all they porpably didn't drink enough alcohol before watching this movie!
Yeah we sucked back then. And our army still sucks ass, but unfortunately our government doesn't seem to realise that the Netherlands' army will always be a joke compared to the major powers in the world and they feel like we need 85 JSF's to keep up with everyone...Heh shame.Does Holland have an army anway? :P
It's odd that we probably had more about WW I than you then, considering Holland was neutral in that war :p
Well, that's the disadvantage of living in a small country.
Even if I have read the book, it probably wouldn't be such an interesting thing to talk about. Unless I'm at some snobby 'upperclass' party :pYeah. You can't say you know much about the book if you've only read 1 out of 1200+ pages.Wouldn't make for great conversations on parties as well. "Have you read 'In Search of Lost Time'?" - "Yes, but only that one page, where..."
Or some kind of nerd party. ^^
