Playing a game of football sounds nice to me. Also, I don't know if there are any karaoke bars, arcade halls or bowling alleys. I thought singing karaoke was an NG meet-up tradition by now.
To play a game of football all you need is some grassland. You should have some of that in Delft. ^^
Actually, I don't know one single football field. I know there are some parks on the north side of town, but I've never been there yet.
Karaoke... I don't know, I'm not interested in that. XD
Me neither, but I guess it could be fun once everybody had a few drinks.
I'm sure plenty of people will be interested.
I guess so. But I would stick to beer, nevertheless. I'm a non-smoker, and smoking weed does nothing for me, except for sending me into a coughing fit. ^^
Well that's what I thought too at first and at second, but then I got a little too enthusiastic one night with a certain kind of cake 0.o
Guess it's easier for you to get here, though I don't think there's a direct line between The Hague and Germany. In fact, I think the only international trains go from Amsterdam to The Hague to Rotterdam to Brussels, which are all nowhere near Germany.
It's possible to travel by bus. I had a quick look and I found a connection for 70 euros (it includes both travels, there and back again) from Hamburg to Den Haag.
Must be one of those special trips. With regular public transport I don't think 70 euros will be enough.
I suppose he takes the plane to Manchester?
Yes, there are some very cheap connections via Ryan Air. Sometimes he has to fly from Bremen, though.
Oh yeah, Ryan Air is one of the cheapest airlines if I remember correctly.

Congrats!
Have you missed any deposits while you were level 39? It seems so long since you last leveled up.
I'm not sure maybe one or two when my modem crapped out. I'll have to look on Bahamut's list and see for sure but it did seem like a long time when it was really only 86 days.
Apparently you didn't. I guess I was wrong.

I didn't know the Egyptians had such technology as well. I thought the Egyptians didn't develop that many weapons to begin with. They must be one of the first then.
Probably not. There has been bow and arrow technology in ancient China and Japan as well so it must have been further back pre-written history that it was invented.
With one quick google search I find 40,000 years back or 15,000 years back, but they only became powerful at about 1,500 B.C. when it was made of a composite material.
It's weird that the Romans didn't use it themselves. Especially in those times it must've been a very effective weapon.
Archers are always susceptible to cavalry counter attack. So you'll need an army of infantry anyways to protect them. I guess they figured a line of swords and shield can grind any enemy into submission better than archers.
Could be the reason, but still... having a line of archers behind your infantry to shoot the front rows of your enemy has always seemed like a good way to start a battle in my view. But perhaps the romans hardly ever met enemies that were well organized and thus it wasn't much use showering them with arrows first because they were too scattered.
A bear mace? Never heard of it, but it sounds weird.
Yeah bear mace. It's just like any other mace spray except in a bigger can to throw the spray further.
Lol, so it's just some kind of pepper spray for bears? Awesome!
I guess that's easier to use than some rifle.
Oh yeah. I don't know how it is in America, but chickens tend to get diseases around here once every few years. You gotta be careful around those times.
Fish is not really a luxury here because we live close to the sea :)
I'm not too worried about avian bird flu or any of those exotic diseases, but rather common salmonella which is the most common cause of food poison.
Yeah, I'm mostly worried about salmonella. I haven't heard of any of such cases in a while though.

Well, since it's Heinz Tomato Ketchup, "The Best Things Come To Those Who Wait"
Lol. Gotta love those old commercials.

Well I wouldn't mind if it took less long. I mean, I'm just getting at the point where there are 1,000+ experience points gaps between the levels.
We should take the current level system for granted. It SHOULD take over 100 days for each level up. Well, except for level 49 which the faster I can get through the better.
I think 100 days is still pretty long, and also, I think it will be kinda lame when we have dozens of people with level 60.
I'd hope that they go up to 100,000 BP points. Seems like a nice number to me which not so many people have achieved yet.
Again, it wouldn't be convenient for me. I think 70,000 would be good. ;)
I guess they could scale that up nicely. Four new ranks, 10,000 extra BP required for each and a 10% bonus to your VP with each level up. That'd give you a nice 100% bonus to your voting power at the end.
No beer bellies? No excessive amounts of 'bush'?
Well, it can be hard to avoid but generally they're better looking than humans.
As long as they're not only old dragons.
