Yeah, he's got a fair amount of stuff. I'm more interested in his instrumentals. Give Trilogy Suite Op. 5 a listen to. As for any songs with lyrics, Vengeance is a good one.

I'd rather have had Groucho Marx, or one of the three stooges in his place.

Sadly I can't say I'm familiar with them, although I have heard of the three stooges. They seem to have an almost legendary status nowadays and when I first heard of them I thought they were from some famous old book :p

Fish and Chips?

Yeah sort of like that, except that they mostly sell meat instead of fish. Many don't even sell any fish at all.

The paper last week said that Subway now had more restaurants than McDonalds. But their profits were still much lower.
They might have more restaurants but they don't sell as much food as McD's. McDonalds can shovel out food like no one's else business.

You can clearly see they're less popular. Whenever I enter a McD, it's always crowded, no matter what time of day it is. In a Subway there are usually only two or three others beside me at most.

Hmmm well... I like eating them that way with apple sauce instead of milk and butter, so who am I to judge? Even for our countries' standards that's weird :p
I just never thought of adding applesauce to mashed potatoes. It just seem those two things should stay separate. At least we can agree it's not as weird as beans for breakfast. :P

I can understand why everybody would think that, but I simply like it. But doesn't everyone have some weird, custom made food they like?

Beans for breakfast is still the weirdest shit ever though.

Hmm okay that sounds a bit weird to me, but perhaps it's a matter of definition. Personally what I call the 'main dish' is what I have the most of on my plate. That is never the meat, so I consider that a sidedish.

I don't know if you define the main and sidedish the same.
Well main dish is just as it sounds.
"What are you having for dinner?"
'Steak.'
"What else are you going to have with it?"
'Bake potato, salad, and coleslaw.'

See the steak is the main point of the meal and everything else is just filler so to speak.

Yeah, well I talked about it with my gf yesterday and she said most people don't really look at the portions when defining the main dish. She said meat is usually the main dish and vegetables and such are sides according to most people.

If that's the case then I guess we don't differ much in our eating habbits on that level.

I have never really looked into that, so I have no idea what exacty the benefits are.

However, recently I have officially registered me and my gf as 'fiscal partners' which also came with some benefits. But they are really minimal, we get like a few euros extra now for health care and I think that's about it.
Is that akin to common law marriage?

No not exactly. You have to officially live together under one roof before you can register yourselves as fiscal partners. For us I think the benefits come down to that, instead of getting health care support and 'housing benefit' seperately, one of us will receive it for the both of us and we'll have to share that. The total amount will be a little bit more that way, but it's not much.

There might be some more things, but I haven't looked into it in detail.

Well we could certainly do with about 4 billion less people. It would help to get nature and the climate back on its feet.

I think it's better for them, yes. I believe rabbits are social animals.
They can but getting to know each other the first time can be rough. I recall some loose fur in the garden a few times. :P

Ah yes, my gf has had similar problems with her rabbits. Two male ones had to be seperated cause they kept fighting.

Yeah, I know more and more people who suddenly start buying LPs and have an LP player at home. Personally I like LPs mostly for their huge cover art.
That's what I like about LPs but what LPs are not fully compatible with are computers. I think there's a special device to rip LPs onto computers but CDs are much easier to use and aren't as big.

Yeah that's one of the downsides. You have to have an LP player, otherwise you can't even listen to them anymore. I suppose that special device could be costly?

Yeah, it was in the swamp near the magic potion shop. You had to follow some monkey to get through. OoT's Lost Woods was more interesting though. In MM the areas all look similar and there's nothing special anywhere as far as I know.
Yeah, I've forgotten too much. I'd play it again but that game is LOOOOONG, especially when playing through the sidequests as well. And besides, I really should prioritise Twilight Princess.

It's certainly lengthy, but Ocarina of Time always felt lengthier to me. With all the sidequest it might get longer than OoT though. The sidequest for the Couple's Mask / Postman's Hat / Extra Bottle can take up a few hours since you have to do it 3 times to get all the stuff if I remember correctly.

I have to agree, although I can see why Ocarina of Time is considered the 'better game' generally.
I see Ocarina of Time as more straight-forward and more definitive of the Zelda franchise. Majora's Mask lacks a few basic aspects of Zelda such as Hyrule but it's still an awesome game.

I've always seen Ocarina of Time as the most perfect and ultimate 'save the damsel in distress' adventure game. It has everything such a game needs and works it out wonderfully.

Majora's Mask just goes a different way and explores different, new themes, which was the right thing to do in my opinion. Indeed it is much less straight forward than OoT and it misses a few basic things, but that's not a problem. It's awesome the way it is and has a very interesting, unique concept with the time travelling thing and the impending apocalypse.

Like I said, it's the least it deserves. But a prequel or sequel would be sweet of course. I don't see much room for a sequel though, but an interesting prequel should be makeable. It could aim on explaining more about Kefka. About his past and what turned him into that joker figure. IIRC the game never got into that.
I really think there's loads of potential for a prequel. There was the War of the Magi story and I'm sure they can come up with something good for that idea.

Oh yes, that was another story element which wasn't explained in that much detail if I remember correctly. They could definately dedicate a whole game to that.

I think it's the fact that they have a drive thur and Subway doesn't. When you only have an hour for lunch, you want food right this instant.

I can understand why everybody would think that, but I simply like it. But doesn't everyone have some weird, custom made food they like?

Yeah, it all about where you live and what resources you have there really depends on what unique foods a country has. America has tons of cattle, chicken, and pigs so most dishes derive from them. Peru has lots of fish and guinea pigs and that what they eat and so forth. And apparently England has a huge allocation of beans.

No not exactly. You have to officially live together under one roof before you can register yourselves as fiscal partners. Sounds like someone claiming as Head of the Household on taxes here in America. One person can claim it and consider the other people in the household as dependents when filing their taxes. I don't think they have to be married.

Ah yes, my gf has had similar problems with her rabbits. Two male ones had to be seperated cause they kept fighting.

It's better pairing with a male rabbit with a female rabbit. That's just how it works.

Luckily my dad has a hifi that has a vinyl player but that's outside in the conservatory and not next to my laptop. Then again, I'll be using the old computer soon enough while my laptop goes away to get the dust issues fixed again.

Yeah, I've forgotten too much. I'd play it again but that game is LOOOOONG, especially when playing through the sidequests as well. And besides, I really should prioritise Twilight Princess.

Yeah, you have to time things right with some sidequests. I suppose that's one thing that makes it much longer. I'm sure you can beat Majora's Mask without getting all 40 masks but I know for a fact that Majora is much harder without the Fierce Deity Mask.

I think the time traveling concept was what made it great. Many things happened depending on the time and it gives you a chance to keep going back and seeing how things go elsewhere.

I really think there's loads of potential for a prequel. There was the War of the Magi story and I'm sure they can come up with something good for that idea.
Oh yes, that was another story element which wasn't explained in that much detail if I remember correctly. They could definately dedicate a whole game to that.

Yeah, the most we knew about it was a great war ages ago. It's one that can definitely be explained better to give it a better storyline. There's only a thing or two I'd change in FFVI but they're really minor.
