That would be great to have. Might be a bit too cold during the winter, though.
Oh well, that's not bad is it? I used to use my PC all the time, but now I got used to my laptop. The big advantage is that she only has to work one night and can rest the other one (ie she works the night from Monday to Tuesday. Next time she has to work is the night from Wednesday to Thursday), but yeah, when she gets home she needs some rest. So I have to leave the Bedroom where my PC is and can only surf the web with my Netbook. ^^At 1/25/11 06:10 AM, Haggard wrote:I suppose she wants to rest during daytime. But it's nothing to surf the web with at home.
I think I know what you mean. I'd love to have a room with a huge bookshelf where I can put all my DVDs, games, books and whatever. And a very comfy chair and a fire place.A video game room? That could be pretty cool, but I'm fine with playing them in the living room. Fortunately my gf doesn't like watching TV that much, so she'll probably be okay with it if I go play a game on the TV there.Well, I'm a collector and I have to keep my stuff somewhere... :P
I'm not that extreme like some other people, but I currently own 4 consoles and over 100 games. I think once I earn my own money the collection might grow to over 1,000 games. XD
With a nice wingback chair. And a pipe, even though I would never lit it.
Heh, are you sure they're not simply letting some people live there but pretend they're only guests?I don't know what kind of people they are... Perhaps they suddenly decided to throw a party at their place every week?At first I thought they have some visitors, but it looks like all of them are going to stay.
I really don't know. And now that I only have to bear with them until April 1st I really don't care anymore. ^^
Plus, you can have a nap or do some homework for Uni while you travel.I can never sleep while travelling, but yeah... it's pretty convenient for homework and such. I can check up on some last things before an exam for example.
It's pretty cool, usually I wake up exactly at the station I have to get off. So I can sleep a bit longer and when I arrive at the Uni I am pretty well rested. XD
In the past I could never sleep on a train as well, but then I had to get up quite early, so I just developed this "wake up on time" skill, which only failed me twice so far. But twice I traveled only one station too far, which isn't too much of a problem.
If I hadn't moved in with my gf, I would be the same. ^^My desk is a bit of a mess, but for the rest I like to keep things clean. As for the food... well I'm pretty clumsy in the kitchen, but I can at least make a few simple things that are a lot healthier than microwaved pizzas. I'm sure I'd feel pretty sick in a few days if I only ate the same kind of cheap food every day.
Well, I wouldn't eat Pizza every day, that's for sure. But I wouldn't cook either. There are some pretty good frozen foods, which aren't too unhealthy either.
If you got rid of the second f than yeah, it would sound quite Dutch. I would believe someone named van Hasselhof had Dutch parents. It certainly doesn't sound English to me, and don't you guys have places like Hoffenheim? Hassel also looks like a German word to me.Yes, Hoffenheim is a small town in germany, but "Hassel"? Hm, I don't know. It is similar to "hassen" ("to hate") and to "Hasel" ("Hazel").
But it's pronounced different, obviously. Maybe I can make his name look dutch if I add a "van" to it? "Van Hasselhoff". ^^
You know, I think the reason why "Hasselhoff" doesn't sound german to me is because it's unusual to have the "-hoff" at the end of the name. Right now, now famous person with "-hoff" comes to my mind, but I know some people with "Hoff-" at the beginning of their last name.
I guess the older series has a bit of an 80's vibe to it, with fashion of that era, technology of that era etc. Stuff that we laugh at now. If you modernize all that I suppose it just doesn't feel the same.
Exactly. The stuff they show in the old series was something to dream about. "Oh, wouldn't it be cool, if...". The stuff they show in the new series is just... well, not the same.

But when listening to Noise, you have to only do that: Listening."

Stratovarius - Elysium. This is their new album and so far it's on par with Polaris. Not a huge step up but still adequate. What I really hate about this album is the digipack which has a ridiculously shiny cover that makes it almost impossible to even see the album artwork or tracks on the back. Who thought this was a good idea?

What I also really hate is that there is usually only one of each stone available in the games after the original three. Especially for fire I found this very annoying since I could never choose between using Flareon, Arcanine or Ninetails.Arcanine all the way for me. After all, he does have legendary stats, even though that could make it illegible to use in Pokemon tournaments.
That never made much sense to me. Yeah his stats are high, but he's still not nearly as strong as the real legendaries or even the semi-legendaries like Dragonite.
Indeed he is. I didn't like how the legendary birds weren't available until the fourth gen.Wait, what about FR/LG?

Some Lapots are simply a desktop replacement. They are huge and have a pretty fast CPU. But they aren't meant to be carried around too much. They are useful in offices where you have to switch rooms every now and then.

Well, we have to terminate our rental agreement, there are cancelation periods for that and the earliest date we can terminate it is 1st of April.

Not as good as level 44, but I still love this icon. I mean, what could be more kick-ass than the signature weapon of the grim reaper?

Ford Fiesta.
I just like being special. :PBut you are - you're the most experienced Dragon on Newgrounds.
I'm not experienced enough until I have a dragoness in my life. :P
You bringing up Crazy Frog went too far.Now I'm intrigued. Out of morbid curiosity, what would a Crazy Frog cover of Manowar sound like..?
DON'T EVEN THINK OF THAT! YOU SHOULD BE BANNED FOR EVEN THINKING OF... Oh wait, you're a forum mod too. >:(

It sure will. I can understand changing things around so it doesn't look like a gambling place but at least give us the option to buy coins.
Arcanine all the way for me. After all, he does have legendary stats, even though that could make it illegible to use in Pokemon tournaments. That never made much sense to me. Yeah his stats are high, but he's still not nearly as strong as the real legendaries or even the semi-legendaries like Dragonite.
My reason would be because he's damn awesome. However, having higher stats than Dragonite IS strange. Dragonite looks more legendary than Arcanine.
I used to like Arcanine a lot. Back then my favourite animal was dogs and I was disappointed when I couldn't get Growlithe in Blue.
Oh yeah, it's coming back to me now. You couldn't even use online trading? Well, trading it using friend code with someone you know would be better.Somehow I couldn't get it to connect with the internet so I thought fuck it.
Do you have the original DS by any chance? Those models seem to have problems connecting to secured wireless.
Heh, 50,000 saves would have been insane back in 2005.I think only Toocool was there at that point.
Yep, it was just him. Denvish and ramagi's save points are far too low. Infact, I have more saves than them and I've retired!

No-one at NG meets get thrown out for singing so badly, not even myself butchering Rainbow in the Dark.
You're defending St. Anger? Come on now.I'm not defending, I'm just asking a question. Which you failed to answer again. :P

Hahaha. I could make that my short review of that very album and it'll still be right.I quite happen to like the sound of (most) vacuum cleaners. Maybe I should record some cleaners and release a CD?
Now anyone can make a noise album.

I would probably get on one and never be able to get off.
I think that's what every American thinks of roundabouts. :P Heh, there's a big roundabout nearby that has TRAFFIC LIGHTS!

Awesome milestone! That means I'm getting close to my next level up. Well, not as close as it used to be but I can't complain with 26 days to wait for. I level up during the school holidays so that's one thing to look forward to that week along with my mum's birthday. Hopefully my sister will be up here for her birthday.
54,000 Medal Points
I've really fallen behind in the medals, but I still appear to be in the top 50, which is perfectly fine in my opinion. I should still have another level up within a week or so, but unless I decide to play some medal games I missed I don't have anything other than that in awhile.
Congrats to:
Pokemonpoeguygcn: 37,000 Saves
DiMono: 2,000 Blams
Hacsev: 39,000 B/P
gamejunkie: 8,000 Medal Points
Kauvin: 82,000 Medal Points
WeirdAlthe3rd: 5,000 Blams
Jawdyn: 10,000 Experience/Level 31
Auz: Level 45
Congrats to:

Sorry for missing you, you posted that while I was making the list..
I should have refreshed.

I think Level 31 should be 10 experience points more so it does take 10,000 Experience Points to get.
Deploy the... it's a yellow button... it's usually flashing... it makes the engines go... whoosh!

Level 45 is one of my favorite level icons. Can't wait until I get to it.

I'm not sure if I should be happy about that... ah well, as long as I don't have to listen to it it's all right I guess.

A roundabout with traffic lights? I thought the whole purpose of roundabouts is to get rid of traffic lights?
Something tells me that I should start posting in here regularly. I don't know why but I feel its right and that finally I might have somewhere on NG where I fit in, amongst my stat whoring peers.
I'm just not sure.
