I haz tried it out and found mixed results.
A) you can now suck say 15 hp out of every 21-damage (supposed to be 75%, but I think it tends to round down) long-range scattergun blast. Good for when no medics are around and you're far from healthpacks or a dispenser. Very good if you're near death and in someone's face and they have yer milk on 'em and you blast 'em for 100+ damage, yes.
B) you get no assists if someone else on your team kills the guy covered in milk, unlike jarate's effect. So it's kinda how the batallion backup sucks in comparison to the buff banner for not giving you any assists for protecting the people in a circle around you instead of giving them mini-crits... giving people around you vampire-like health bonuses gives you less reward than throwing mini-crit piss on people. Lesson learned: mini-crits are more rewarded, kill-wise or assist-wise, than more passive things like damage shields and health-bonus leeching fluids.
C) throwing "milk" on people is almost as much fun as throwing piss on people, though, so that slightly makes up for B.
I used to play with bonk and/or crit-a-cola as much if not more as with pistol, and while I've been using my new lugermorph as scout more lately, I don't tend to miss it TOO much when I don't have it equipped, so I'll keep using the milk for now. I might stow it at some point, especially once I use a name tag to make a custom regular pistol, but it'll come back out if I ever get the scout polycount hat, for that sweet, sweet +25 hp.
Just wish I didn't have to use the shortstop instead of the scattergun for that bonus, the milk and fish >>>> shortstop, IMO. ;_;

Won't be necessary. Now that the super-long catchups are out of the way, dropping by is a much less time-invested, much less intimidating prospect. Only if I stay away for more than a month or two will it become a super-big chore again, so I should be fine if I get by every 2-3 weeks top, I'd say. Aiming for every 1 week, though.

It would seem that I've been here for five years now.
Okay, so thank you ever so much for the messages of heartfelt sorrow, shock, disbelief and so forth about my departure. As many of you may have rumbled, this is not the case. I hope you're not too mad at me for it (please direct any bile towards my news post, so I can respond in a timely fashion there), as it only really remains for me to say "GOTCHA!"
There is actually a highly logical reason for the charade, so anyone but Bahamut can have a guess at what it is, before the even takes place. I doubt I'll be able to, but a prize could well be rustled up. More will be explained over the next few days, I'm sure.

Get bent! That just means that you're getting lazy and are cutting out swathes of conversation.
That, or we've stopped talking to or about you, since you're away for so long :P

So you're saying I've banged all of these people above? Like I said in that hotel room, it's just you, Greg ;)
It's when we reveal that gfox's alt is Coop83, that things start to get messy :PAnd Coop's alt is Bahamut, and Bahamut's alt is NEVR, and NEVR's alt is Bahamut's alt, and Bahamut's alt's alt is ramagi (GASP)....
*headache* Dammit man!
Well duh. Bahamut has to take exactly 37 digs at you during your absences. It wouldn't be proper otherwise.Bleh.
But then, surely 37 digs at you, the 37th is surely a 38th, isn't it? Of if he stops at 36, then he's only stopped at 36 digs. You can beat him either way!
Besides, I'm now within 10k af your mighty haul of Blams >:DSo you are. What will that matter if you're leaving NG, eh???? ;_;
Curses! I am undone!
BLACKJACK + ONE OF COOP'S NUMBERS = GFOX'S MAIN NUMBER.36 = 21 + 15, both awesome numbers in their own right. #;-}>Now we're getting into the deep mathematics with gfox.
CONSPIRACY?
Of course - there's always one ;)
5 is god. Anything else just isn't. You're allowed your 36, I'm allowed my 55.2 isn't directly related to 36, yet I can pay my respects to 2 without taking anything away from 36's status in my heart. Same should go for you and 2 and 55. You seemed to be suggesting 2 was trying to steal 5's glory. #;-}>
There is the aforementioned conspiracy!
I'd like to thank everyone for what they've done alongside me over the past here on Newgrounds with me....There's no way in hell you'll stop depositing exp after all your talk of passing everyone for half a decade now.
When did I ever go on about passing ht52 when he was top (now a real probability) and Pimp? I kept mentioning the top 50, but that was more to piss off Bahamut.
Either ye be joking or somesuch... or.... I suspect you're just going on a BBS hiatus, and with all of my absences from the BBS, I'm the last person who'd complain of such a thing. Enjoy your break from NG, but DO NOT MISS YER DEPOSITS OR YE SHALL REGRET IT. gfox from 2000-2002, before he even really became a regular, warns you.
So... what have I missed? Sweet FA, if I'm any judge.

It's already interesting. I notice how not a single user has nominated me for Best Poster but that's a good thing since I already won it once and someone else deserves to win it, unless they're complete tools. However, I think regulars are considering me more for Best Mod this time around and Never Logs Off for some.

You can always pick it up on CD whenever you can and relive the experience of the great album. Maybe not now, though.
Yep, you're screwed. No, WE are screwed!
Why am I screwed? I'm the one with the Alamac which will give me all the right bets.

It sure does.

Well, using a knife and a fork can be awkward for our race. Why not just use our hands to eat our food?

Dammit gfox, the General regulars will find out about our revolution plans.
Or TF2 bribery, whichever one works better.Won't be necessary.
Hey, we worked out something after all.

Thanks for depositing for me Haggard!
So, I've been following everything on my cellphone's browser whenever I find time. Today I opened up my phone and typed coop83.newgrounds.com into the browser just to see what was up with everything. After it told me that the user didn't exist it hit me. I was all like, "That bastard got a name change!"
In other news I've finally called in enough thieves at work that they finally figured I deserve a call in bonus. It's either 4 or 5 people that I've caught now. I guess since one of them had a warrant out for their arrest they figured I deserved something. The money might come in handy during the holiday season. Especially when I'm almost finished paying of my wedding rings.
