My GTA and Sonic quizzes are no more. I'm glad the admins took them down quickly after renaming them to deletebaXX as I don't want any flashes that make me look like a trolling piece of shit.
There goes a review with a response :(

I better make sure I keep refreshing the General forum.
Yeah, you better do ;)
Ask your boss for a raise. After six weeks of loyal service you deserve one ;)
I've actually earned a lot of money but I need to be committed to changing my laptop around with a new OS.
Oh well, since you don't live on your own yet I'm sure you'll have plenty of money soon to buy everything you want.
Lol, exactly the same here. They want to get all the saving done before 2015. I guess it's another one of those European guidelines that nobody is going to get even close to in the end.
In 2015, there'll be another UK election so the tory bastards better not stay in power then. If they do and I know anyone who voted for them, I'll make sure to not speak to them again.
Lol, better warn everybody beforehand. Maybe it'll change their mind about voting for the torries. Or not if they want you to shut up of course :p

Recently passed 400 reviews, and 444 reviews. Of course, nobody ever posts about review numbers though :( But I thought it was neat.
Review achievements are simply rare, but they are considered congrats worthy for every 100. Well until you get to very high numbers of course.

Ah I see, but I suppose that's not what those loans are for are they? I guess a laptop is useful for your studies, but here you're supposed to pay your college money and books with it.
Yeah, I'll have to buy books and whatnot, but a laptop would help me out a lot, so I'm hoping I'll have enough cash left over to pick one up :)
They are indeed helpful. Also to get through some boring lecture hours :p
But my parents pay that for me and I'm glad our first three years of student loans will be a gift if we graduate within ten years :p
Me too, if I show my grandma a college degree she said she will pay for it. I sure hope so :/
No, I meant our government is actually giving people money for the first three years to pay for their studies. The amount depends on whether you still live with your parents or not. I do so I only get about 1200 euros per year but you can get about 3000 euros if you live elsewhere.
You gotta finish within 10 years though, but right now they're thinking about changing that to 4 years. I sure hope I'm safe from those new rules once they're established though.
Well that would definitely suck for you and put you in a pretty bad financial situation for ... maybe the rest of your life.
Yeah, I know. It honestly scares me a lot and I'm trying not to think about that :(
Yeah you better not, but perhaps it will be a good motivation to pull through it.
Well I think the biggest difference is that we have 15+ parties while you only have 2 (or 3) and we usually have 3 or 4 parties who cooperate with each other while you only have 1 party who's in charge for a 4 year period. To be honest, I think something closer to the American system will work better since our governments split up from time to time due to arguments over a certain case. In the worst cases we have to do re-elections (which is what happened earlier this year).
15+ parties good god lol. Yeah most people cling to one or the other here. Of course, I think there's some obscure parties as well that never win, but I don't follow much of that.
Most people stick with either the more socialist side or the liberal side here. There are several parties on both those sides and some center parties.
Fifteen parties is a lot, but there are usually only three that really compete for the election victory so... it would be fine with me if all the other 12 are disbanded and join the three major parties, and then have only one party ruling our country like in America. I think the government could get a lot more done that way.

Even though he has a 41 year career, that's still impressive. You see most musicians produce a couple of albums fast and then, as they get less popular and older, they slow down and only bring out something new every once a while.
Alice went through that - we call that the 1980s. Now he's got the bug again, as Rock and Metal have gone through a resurgence.
I'm not noticing much of it yet, but then again I haven't payed much attention to the flow of modern music.
Also, 25 albums from one artist is about the most I've ever heard of.
I think there are people that have done more, though I'd struggle to name them.
I can think of a few bands and artists who have been around since the 60's, 70's and 80's, but none of them have more than 25 albums as far as I know.

"locked".
Simple and effective, but I'm sure not everybody will appreciate you locking their topic that way :p

Seems to be that way. >_>
Italy has a lot of racists and Eastern Europeans ... well... I guess they just like to fight.

You might get to learn one in the future. Apparently it's used in signal processing and other things similar as well, which sounds like something you might learn about.
I had a look into signal processing and I don't think I will ever learn anything about that. Seems to be more like engineering stuff.
Yeah you might be right there. I got a course in Earth Observation right now (via satellites, airplanes, boats etc.) for which signal processing is important. Nothing about i's though, so that's good.
Nah there's too much information in them which is really not important for you at all.
Yeah, but sometimes it helps to explain things.
True. The examples are always good to look through.
