I always knew the 83 in Coop83 represented 1983. A name like Bahamut7 clearly suggests it's not related to birth year, unless you count the 7 as the seventh month in the year.

Bahamut7 is easy to understand where it comes from. I just never really consider where the 83 came from; I just assumed it was a random or lucky number of Coop. Who knows, many users choose numbers in their profile for various reasons including one who I seen has all numbers seven digits in length. O.o
