You can also go for history, geology and economics or pick the languages set.Well, they tell you what you have to take. Like you have to have 4 English credits, 3 Math credits, 3 Science credits, etc. but you can choose the difficulty. There is really a handful truly free electives you can choose and if you are taking Athletics then you have even less time for those courses.
Oh okay, but I suppose the higher the difficulty, the better. If you wanna go to college at least.
Lol, so I guess it really doesn't say much then :p If you want a good score you can just take the test a couple of times until you're satisfied.Another criticism is that the test cost $45 (33 EUR). So for the poorer students who are trying to get into college it really puts them at a disadvantage. I took the ACT twice which costs about the same: scored 24 and 27 out of 36 which was good enough to get where I wanted to go.
$45? I'd say screw that test, if colleges don't care much for it anymore anyway =/
I made a very scary discovery last week. One of my professors is a mixture of two Simpson's characters: Rich Texan and Dr. Hibbert.
He looks just like the Texan (without the cowboy hat) and he laughs at inappropriate times. If he explains things he just can't do it without laughing a "Dr. Hibbert laugh".
And now that I made this discovery I just can't get this one image out of my head: My prof pulling out his guns (note for Coop: No innuendo here. :P), shouting "YEEE-HAW!" and shooting the guns.

I just hit 37k medal points, and I'm so close to 1000 blams I can taste it. Also, FWIW, in NGLogs the graphic for halfway between Corporal and Sergeant just looks really blurry. Because the lines don't overlap at all, so it ends up looking like a mass of yellow in the middle. Weird.

I finally got my 1000th blam just now, after going out of my way to hunt for them for 2 weeks. They've been really hard to come by lately, or at least it seems that way. Next stop, Sergeant. Or Deity. Whichever comes first. Oh, and I passed 4,444 total b/p yesterday.

Yeah, a gun show is when a butch fellow starts flexing his guns and showing off how impressive he is. There was a big laugh when Vladimir Putin had his gun show broadcast around the world :P
I learned a hard lesson with the monthly writing contests. Perhaps I'll be able to get some sort of reward since I've been writing better since joining up with those :)I have made some horrendous mistakes in the past, like writing "new" when I meant "knew" and such things.
But so far I haven't learned anything from this. ^^
It just hasn't stuck yet. It will, with time.
I have a calendar? Oh yeah - I just never hung it on the wall. I must try to finish the painting this weekend, so that I can move for getting a new wardrobe sourced.I just use the calendar function in my mobile phone. It has the great advantage that it has an alarm function as well, so it's even less likely I don't notice it. XD
Thanks for reminding me *puts mobile on charge*
I passed 60,000 BP last night! I am now a double supreme commander.
