I've just bought two Björk-CDs on Amazon. I just wanted to try out Björk (well, I know a few songs from her already and I've seen the movie "Dancer in the dark" where she plays the leading part) as well as I wanted to try out the quality of amazons MP3s. So I bought "Post" for 4,99 Euro and "Family Tree" for 15,56 Euro.
Quality is nice, but it would even nicer if they added the booklets to the downloads.

Yeah, but what I meant was that certain people (or certain commercials) have been all over the town on the billboards since the invention of billboards. So I don't really see the difference if we get to see Lady GaGa on billboards over the next 10 years or other stupid commecials.

It really depends on the school. Each school sets their own admission standards. For my college you get automatic acceptance if you were in the Top 25 % in your graduating class and have a GPA of 3.0 OR have a certian score on a standardize test SAT1090/ACT 24. I had a 3.80 GPA in HS and score a 27 on the ACT so I easily accepted.

It doesn't make much difference in case of a 60% average I think.

It does when everyone would be making a D on the other scale. :)

The scythe is a nice level indeed. I like the axe right after it as well, but then they start to go downhill imo.

Well, she makes a very special kind of music. Some songs I just can't listen to but other songs are really great like "I've seen it all" or "Síðasta Ég" ("ð" is pronounced like "th" in "that" or "this").

I learned to ignore most billboards. Sometimes a commercial is so stupid that it's really hard to forget it. ^^

Wow 3.80 sounds really good :p Although there no separation in American High Schools yet between the smarter and less smarter people, right? So for the smarter people the level of education must be quite low (for them). Still 3.80 sounds pretty high.

And what is this SAT test actually? I see topics about occasionally in the general forum. It seems quite important, but at the same time people say it means jackshit =/

Well you are required to take certain classes but you do get some leeway in electives where you can take advance classes notable Advance Placement classes and/or concurrent enrollment with a college. If you take AP Classes you can earn college credit if you decide to take the test at the end of they year which I didn't do but just taking the course is typically more advanced compared to normal HS classes. If I remember right I took AP Physics, US History, and Calc.

I didn't do concurrent enrollment with the regional college here because I didn't have a car at the time. :/

The SAT is national standardized test that is used to determine your Math, Reasoning, and Writing Skills. It really use to be a requirement to take this test but more and more colleges are dropping that requirement. I never took it but I did take it's competitor the ACT with is basically the same thing but with a different scale and they don't count again you for wrong answers like the SAT does.

It's really an attempt to see how much you really learned in HS but more and more is becoming inaccurate when you can retake it over and over in an attempt to score higher.
