Well, the Twins stayed alive yesterday, with Detroit pretty much getting thrown out of the game :P It's too little, too late. I think that may be the detail that prevents Mauer from winning the MVP.

Well, let's not over analyse this here. I'd love to see the Yanks win, but wI'm hoping that CC gets his 20th Win tonight. They're all tough series, and there's no free pass. New York Vs either Boston or LA will be big ALCS, but we've got to focus on Detroit (probably) first.

As for the NL, I think it will be between the Cards and Phils for the pennant there. Other than that, I can't see it any clearer. Not that I should write off the Rox or the Dodgers just yet.

If Carpenter can hit that well in October, the Cards have a very worrying lineup :P

I wasn't aware until recently when I made a quick check on them on Wikipedia. Besides, even if I didn't check, I would have assumed a new album to be on its way anyway since their due for another album.
