Hate Activision as much as you want. They have become the worst gaming company of all time for being some of the biggest greedy bastards to ever exist. Seriously, their reason for ditching these games in the first place is because "We can't exploit them by making games every year." and now they want Brutal Legend back.

Ugh, their greed and general assholery knows no bounds. For all the negative feelings I've had toward EA for the last number of years due to this sort of thing, I cannot remember an instance in which they were this underhand and were this money-hungry.

That would be a nice idea, but I'm more focused on what happens after the end of Psychonauts.

Yeah, that would probably work well too, I just thought that aside from Raz (obviously) and maybe Oleander, Ford was probably the most interesting and well-developed character in the game, so I thought it may stand to reason that he'd have a significant involvement in any new game, if not the lead role itself.

You do have a good point. I can see there being a good idea on Ford's past. Hell, there's so much they could do with the characters they had in the game considering the amount of great characters that were made.

Yeah, it's sad when we come to think that EA were never this bad, even if they recycle sports games yearly, make many terrible movie based games and trying to suck tons of money from their customers, most especially from the expenses for Rock Band (i.e. DLC and the peripherals). However, they at least give support to good games once in a while and haven't stumped as low as Activision by making up pathetic excuses to retain games they once threw away.

Yeah, but like we always say, times change. I'm here for the long haul, but when you think that users like ReconRebel and gfoxcook have been in for the long haul stats wise for so long, it's got to get to you at some point, hasn't it?

That's pretty harsh... I finished lectures back in early April, and had the Easter holidays before going back to uni for 3 exams. My last one was on May 20th, and I've been completely free ever since then... and I don't go back until late September :)

That's very true, for all the pieces of crap that EA pilfer to the masses, there's usually a diamond in the rough somewhere. Activision haven't produced many quality games recently, even still no amount of them could justify their bullshit tactics. Maybe an idea for your next Gaming Industry Bullshit Rant?

G-Men would be pretty damn incredible, in fact screw that, we need a game entitled The Milkman Conspiracy. Trying to make an entire game about it might not work, but hey, that was probably the single greatest level from any game I've ever played.

Heh, I first heard of Newgrounds when I was 13. Wasn't too bothered with the site until I learned more about video game parodies and loved them. Since then, I registered to this site and have been around since. :) Oh, and my school grades weren't affected one bit. As a matter of fact, I achieved the highest grades possible.

Not at all. The only notable games they've made are Call of Duty and Guitar Hero, but I've gone off the whole Guitar Hero/Rock Band craze. As for Call of Duty, I might look into it sometime, but I'm really reluctant to do so now, no matter how awesome COD4 and Modern Warfare 2 is/will be.
