Two shorter blades sounds more like a ninja's preferred weaponry, as ninjas use shorter blades than samurai, due to closed-quarter, stealthy means of conducting warfare.
Actually it is my third best result. Second best would be the Mavs winning (mostly because Nowitzi plays there :D ). But Celtics is still great.
Ugh... Mavs.
Of the teams in the playoffs, mine probably went: Rockets > Spurs > Pistons > Celtics
Sauerkraut with Wurst! Tasty!
I've had that, and it is. But the main way most Americans eat sauerkraut (and if you've never had one of these.... and you like sauerkraut.... then you simply must have one at some point) is together with dijon mustard on an all-beef frank in a hotdug bun... i.e. a New York-style hotdog.
Someone once said: "I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?"
A wise man that was. ^^
What about the safety labels that stop other people from being hurt, and not just the person using the product? ;_;

Well, I wasn't old enough to remember seeing the first one in the theatres, as it came out about 1 month before I was born in 1977, but I saw the 2nd and 3rd in theatres, and the original Star Wars on a home-taped VHS (prolly by my mom from HBO when HBO was new back in the early 80s) was one of my first VHS movies.
As for getting drawn in again, the reason for me it was 1993, instead of a few years later like you with the special editions (which I'm glad drew plenty of people back in, and younger people in for the first time... because if it hadn't been for those special editions, The Phantom Menace may well have killed Star Wars forever. ;_;)...
For me it was because of X-Wing, a PC game (think Wing Commander, but better... cause it was Star Wars #;-}>) that came out in 1992 or 1993. It, and its expansion packs and sequel, TIE Fighter, were the reason I first got a sound card and a CD-ROM drive (at first I was playing it on my mom's computer off floppies and without sound). Anyway, the games were awesome, and they got me to read the Timothy Zahn trilogy (three books set years after Return of the Jedi, and probably the greatest holders of a "wishlist for an eventual film sequel trilogy... which since George Lucas has sworn he won't make it... will have to be made by his kids or something" to most fans). And then came TEH INTERNET, which for me started in 1994.
BTW, the hard drive on that computer in 1993 that I first played X-Wing (and other greats like Doom and Syndicate and X-Com) was 80 megs large. The game took up almost 15 megs off a floppy install (CD-ROM version may have kept more stuff on the disc, I can't remember... either way, that's GOT to be a personal record for "highest % of a hard drive taken up by one game" in my 6+ desktop PC history). #;-}>

Why?
I have Vista on my new desktop, and it only has IE7, and I only even know that because other programs were opening it at first until I switched the default to Firefox (I had already told Firefox to make itself the default, and then told IE to not ask me to do that, but then I found a place within Control Panel where there were three option circles... one for IE, one for Firefox, and one for Opera, and NONE of them was selected, so apparently my decision hadn't been made "official" for all programs... just for opening .html files and links from SOME programs...
So I fixed it right then and there to do Firefox for everything automatically, I use Opera when I want to, and I don't use IE at all.

I've been at 36,000 blams since 10/10/2005. #;-}> I think you misunderstood my post on page 2159. It was the 27692 saves that was new, and thus the 36,000 divided by 27692 = approximately 1.30 blam ratio on teh NG logs that I was announcing. O_o
Hell yes, one of my 3 major goals down. 10000 exp & Supreme Commander to go now. And I suppose getting 5x10K stats is the only way from there :P
10k exp is another great one. Right up there with 10 VP.
But.. EGSC... I hate to say this... is nothing compared to those two 10-related thingies.
Yeah, as my activity on the BBS decreased over the last year or so, I always come back here. And I alway defend it when it's dissed :D
Hellllllllll yeah.
Haha, and I can't believe I missed you getting your 36. Too bad, but I'm glad you're happy nowc :P

Yeah I know, immortality is a complete myth and will not happen :P
Well, even if we could be medically immortal, there'd still be plenty of things to kill us from "unnatural causes," so... yeah.
Well I'm not saying that it works, but perhaps yoga or meditating does. Try it :P
Well sure they're good things, but I mean they aren't magical insta-life extenders the way I was referring to them reducing the number of breaths you take say per year, and thus extending your ... breath-life. #;-}>
Yeah you've deeply offended my race :P but I was born in England so call me what you like :P
(gasp)
Well, if I called myself Irish, whether born there or not... I'D BLOODY WELL TAKE OFFENSE, so.... yeah. #;-}>
I think I'm classed as Anglo-Celtic but I'm about 3/4 Irish, or even more. And consider myself completely Irish, but I do have to defend my birthplace alot too. As I love both places equally :D
Yeah, you definitely fit the Anglo-Celtic Isles resident prototype to a T. #;-}>
I've got mostly Scotch/Irish/English in me, my mom's mom was 100% Polish, so I'm a quarter Polish, and there's a tad of French in me. Possibly a tad of German, too (my mom's dad always denied it, but it may have been leftover stereotyping and denial from WWII).

Damn straight. They gotta win it for EVERY team out there that was counted out, for every team out there that didn't have the huge trophy display cabinet that gave them and their fans a sense of entitlement... and for every team out there that's been waiting... a looooooooooong time. For any greatness.
If Russia makes it to the finals it would also be fine with me. I just hope Germany can beat Turkey, preferably with a 4-0 result or something similar. That would put them back in their places =/
Heh. You think Turkey's getting a bit too full of themselves with making it to the final four, eh?

WHATEVER. You gotta disappear for longer than NintendoMadness has to even come close to not being one of the guys anymore. Have you been away longer than NintendoMadness?
Naw... I didn't think so.
Now, for reference... and I know Coop isn't gonna like hearing this... schnee has kinda stopped being "one of the guys" as of late.... one drop in post every month, and an accidental post by the regular here who was depositing for you for a time... does not an active "guy" make. #;-}>
Similarly, X drifts in and out of being a "guy."
You gotta read "The Guy Rulebook."
I should have said 'even though I don't post in here much anymore', really. There's a lot of people, you and Recon for example, who don't make lists, but are still part of the crew, so to speak. You post in here more than I do these days, though, for the most part.
Yes, indeed. Recon doesn't, though. Yet he's still a "guy," isn't he?
So yeah, stop feeling insecure about your own "guy" status, you guy, you.
O_Ofucks you instead, BonusStage style, to show you you're still wanted:::

Iron Maiden - Aces High

Sauerkraut with Wurst! Tasty!I've had that, and it is. But the main way most Americans eat sauerkraut (and if you've never had one of these.... and you like sauerkraut.... then you simply must have one at some point) is together with dijon mustard on an all-beef frank in a hotdug bun... i.e. a New York-style hotdog.
Hm, I'm not too fond of Hot Dogs, actually. -_-
Someone once said: "I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?"What about the safety labels that stop other people from being hurt, and not just the person using the product? ;_;

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spain_natio nal_football_team#Titles
As seen at the above two links...
Germany's won 3 world cups (albeit all as West Germany, not a unified Germany) and 3 European championships.
Hm... the first world cup was won in 1954, the second in 1974 and the third in 1990.
I wasn't even born when they won the first two, and even the third I can't hardly remember. I know I watched the final match against Argentina, though. ^^
Same with the Euro Cup titles. I wasn't even born when they won the first two titles, but I do quite well remember the one from '96. ^^
But to come to the point: I don't get why germany deserves to win the cup less than spain*. The last title was won 12 years ago and no player that played back then is still active. So basically neither spain nor germany has won any title with the players that play now. So, they both deserve to win the cup equally. ;)
*Basically I never understood that mentality in modern sports. Fans of a team proudly wearing a shirt that says: "WORLD CHAMPION 1902!" is a bit ridiculous in my eyes. ^^
¡Va España!
(GO SPAIN!)
You hurt my feelings! :(

I know what you mean. By the time I tried Firefox I was happy with Opera and I wanted Firefox to behave EXACTLY like Opera. Of course that didn't work out.
But I was annoyed that you had to download so many plugins to get functions that are build into Opera when you download the install file.
Yet, the Firefox install file is only slightly smaller than Operas.

70 posts is nothing compared to the day that I had exactly 200 posts. I'm sure there has been people with a lot more then that in one day though. It's just my personally record.
