Too bad Bahamut updated the pentalist three days prior to this achievement. Otherwise I'd be listed for another 10k stat. Oh well, I also blame myself for missing a few Fridays, but I'd say the good times I had in place of depositing were definitely worth it.

Level up Lounge listers typically don't give congrats for those easily achievable milestones. Its just the way it is. You'll probably be best suited waiting till Police Capt. or somewhere in that ballpark.

I usually leave Police Officer since the previous rank only requires 400 B/P, but it does mean the newer users will start mentioning better ranks rather than Scout, Portal Watch, etc. However, they can still mention 600, 700, 800 and 900 B/P.
