I've done some blamming on this alt recently and finally got this great number. I'd aim for Private on this alt, but the B/P requirements raised on the redesign. Oh well.

Nah, you won't get any recognition for anything like Safety Patrol. When I made lists here, I didn't congratulate for anything lower than Police Sergeant, as that takes 1,000 B/P, which is a reasonable effort IMO.
