My friend who uses Virgin Media as well as I do has problems with trying to get on NG right now, but now, I'm using a wireless connection that has failed to load NG properly until now.

Well, it's Virgin Media and those dumbshits would deserve it. Seriously, they fucking suck at the server issues for several reasons:

1. They tell you to check their website for any issues, but unless you use someone else's wireless connection, HOW THE FUCK CAN YOU CHECK THEIR SITE IF YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION IS DOWN?!
2. One time when my Internet was down, they said there were no issues in my area and it's a problem with the DSL box when there fucking wasn't. The connection was fine later that day.
3. We would have saved someone from coming here to check our connection if the phone line said that there was a problem with where I am.

I'm using Virgin Media and they've not caused any problems for me as of yet, but we did have cerain issues back when they were Blueyonder and I did have the first problem of being told that I can find the information required on their website, when my connection was down.

I had a chat with Tim last night about my problem and according to him, it's my ISP that's causing the problem. So I've had to contact Virgin Media and if I don't get a response soon about the issue, then I might have to harass them daily. On the bright side, this has reminded me how much of a great person Tim really is.
