10, 12, 16, and a couple of the 20+ levels for me. I dislike level 11 as well, but I hate hate HATE level 14 much more. Rusty pipes may make a good weapon IRL, but they make a sucky-looking icon on NG, IMO.
Especially on a green background, but I'll be staying neutral when I hit 14 in the autumn. At least you dark auras get it on a red background, where it looks somewhat okay.
Anyway, the only reason I'm looking forward to it, as I just mentioned in the level 13s topic, is that it's one step closer to the coolness that is level 16, and I'll have more than my current 8.13 voting power.

I've noticed that some levels look good with different backgrounds, like Lv. 8 goes with Light arua, Lv. 9 goes with Dark arua, Lv. 12 goes with Neutral arua...

It's always good to have your most favorite level. I think once I reach Lv. 12 I'm goin to start to slow down...
