No. The only way to gain Experience is to vote on 5 flashes per day. That means you'll only get 10 Exp per day!

Just vote on 5 flashes per day to get your Experience automatically deposited. Higher levels do nothing, except that you get cooler icons. Oh, and the more Exp you have the higher ist your voting power.
