I don't think paces are meaningful until you've actually sustained them for a while. Without wanting to discourage him from writing more reviews, 250 is a long, LONG way away from 10000. I don't know what his pace actually is, but... well, let's wait until he's sustained it (on average) for half a year or so. Then we can talk about whether 10000 reviews is realistic or not. :)
