Well I am glad you think it is I haven't been excited about a stat change for a while. I never missed a deposit between levels either too bad I missed 4 deposits otherwise I would have been at level 14 4 days sooner >_<.

You made a thread not too long ago, which I answered. If you look at the thread I gave you the link to, you'll find the answer to your question. The BA ranks depend on the highest and lowest batting averages, therefore the requirements for each rank changes. While someone may have had A+ with a BA of 3.40 a while ago, the requirements have since changed.
