I didn't bother to actually calculate it, just figured I'd be above 50 by then, and so would the large amount of folks that are just above and below my exp amount (we're like a big cluster of oldschool Wi/Ht?ers with the same general exp "generation").

Unless, of course, one or some of us stops depositing and ruins it all by 24 years from now. I hope nots. ;_;

It's the former, in my case at least - I'm just poking fun at how the new system seems to keep getting postponed. :) I haven't heard anything about it being cancelled, though - and I certainly hope it won't happen. The new icons that Tom posted were sweet, and I want a pink aura, too! ^.^

Sure they will, but with the gaps being half as large, or thereabouts, the amount of people around here on Wi/Ht? with the same level will be... well, halved or so. Meaning Recon and me and XwaynecoltX and lightning and leeboy and etc. etc. etc. won't all be on the same level anymore, which we have been for quite large chunks of time in the past year.

And, instead of maybe 1 or 2 levels like now... we'll be spread over 3-4 levels instead. Sweeeetness.

So IMO, backslide is just an illusionary effect caused by Pimp not depositing right after midnight (which would be the kindest way to be a level 30, IMO, and I do try to do that over on RG, where I'm the level 30)... and by NG having sucky lag when folks don't deposit right away but later in the day and sometimes the systems fail to notice until the next day begins, basically. If then, occasionally.

Well, judging by the fact that I never get to bowl, I'd say I'm a batsman by default. However, I think both sides of the coin are improving, so I'm hoping to do both next summer
