I think there has been glitches because I suddenly got a gold whistle (I did have a silver for a while) but peoples whistles are just suddenly changing for no reason.

the whstle system has been changed. It is now on a fixed scale so I won't rob everyone of their whistle power. as you remember the old system gave the top person in whistle points the most power and everyone else less power. so as I gained whistle points I made everyone else's whistles weaker and at the rate I was going I would have really killed everyone's whistle power if the system wasn't changed. so there you have it in a nut shell

With the current level system in place, it will take you a year to get to level 11 (depositing everyday like me of course :) ) unlike before, where you got to level 12 with one year.....ug....

It's about goddamn time.
