Well, you're right. Most balls cost between $150 and $400, so i just had to choose one of the prizy models. It works just fantastic though, i've rolled several 200's since i bought it.

Playing Dancing Stage. :) (For those of you who don't know, that's what Konami decided to market DDR as in Europe.) I'm not good at it at all (at least when playing on two paws rather than four ^_~), but I'm still having lots of fun. :)

With a dance mat, of course. :P Playing DS/DDR/SM/PIU/... with a joystick or joypad is just pathetic - at least if you're taking it seriously if you do that. :) That being said, I'm pretty sure you cannot actually press two buttons (like left/right) at the same time on the PS2 controller at least, anyway, so you have to use a mat there. StepMania is obviously a different beast, though.

Cool. No, you can't press two bottuns simultaneously (hope i spelled that right, tricky word). I've got a game on my PS2 (olympics 04) where there's a game that's similar to a dancing game. When the <, > comes up at the same time, you're fucked.

I've never tried using a dane mat before though. The closest i have is an eye-toy.
