True, but ramagi is a moving target, so catching up with her will be hard. Over the past 10 weeks, she seems to have gotten (very) roughly 85 points per day on average; I might be able to get 105 on average if I'm good, but that's still just a gain on her of 20 per day and would mean it'd still take me years to catch up to her. And of course, that's assuming I would get 105 per day on average, which I might not always manage, either, due to unforeseen (or foreseen) circumstances.

Of course, I'm not really worried about it; I'm just trying to keep my own pace and leave it at that.

Oh, I'm not sure. I think BS dislikes me, for example, but that's just as well, and there's others who don't like me, too. I just don't get along with certain kinds of people.

As for the rest... well, Denvish has almost the same average number of points per day as I do (according to nglog), and JoKeR_ADT is quite far ahead of me. And of course, that's just the average; both of those (and many others) are consistently ahead of me in terms of pace these days and have been for a long time, too. Might have to do with me being from Europe (so I'm asleep when it's evening/night in the USA - arguably one of the times where the portal's more active), but I still doubt I'd get anywhere near star pace even if this wasn't the case. Maybe I'm just voting against the majority too often - giving new authors too much of a chance, or not voting crap into the portal even though I know it will most likely pass. :)

Who knows. In any case, I probably still won't pass you anytime soon (if ever); and you've also always been more of a "legend" to me than, say, Denvish or ramagi, too. ^.^ I don't really know why (although as far as I recall, neither of the former posted much here), but that's the way it is.

It's strange, BTW. Back when gfox retired, for example, I thought "60000 is such a huge number, I'll never reach that", but these days, I'm actually getting somewhat close to it myself already. It's a very strange feeling, although certainly not a bad one.

I'm not sure what your question is, but the basics are:

1) You gain experience by voting on five submissions on a given day (there's a nice picture that illustrates this - somebody else will probably dig it out and post it).
2) Your voting power increases as your experience increases.

Voting Power Calculator

You can only get 10 experience points a day from voting on submissions. Voting on other submissions on the same day won't earn you more experience points.

Also you can get 20 experience points from creating a profile. To do that click 'Account Options', then 'Create a Public Profile'. Then simply fill in the details and click the 'Submit Changes' button.

Getting a certain amount of Blam/Protect points, causes you to reach a higher B/P rank, which gives you a boost in voting power. Look here to see how many B/P points you need for each rank and to see how much additional voting power each rank gives you.

You get Blam/Protection points from voting on under judgement submissions. Under judgement submissions can be found at the top of the left hand column in the Flash Portal. The 'Under Judgement' submissions have a grey background.

If you vote 0 or 1 on an under judgement submission and the submission ends up getting blammed, you will recieve a blam point. If you vote 2, 3, 4 or 5 on an under judgement submission and the movie ends up getting protected, you will recieve a Protection point.

If you voted to blam a submission and it gets protected, you will not recieve the point. Also if you vote to save and the submission gets blammed, you won't recieve the point either.

You won't receive the points until the submissions are actually blammed/saved. In other words, you don't recieve the points as soon as you cast your vote.

Submissions are (currently) deleted if they fall below the listed score at the listed number of votes:

100 votes - 1.0
150 votes - 1.25
200 votes - 1.60
