Oh right, you're on about the memberslist.
To get on to that you just have to help out here regularly over a fairly long period of time. Then the members vote for who they think deserves a place on the list.
There's also a regulars list, which works the same way as the members list, except the regulars vote for who deserves a place on the list, and you don't have to help out here for such a long period of time.

I have made it to the 2,000 exp. mark. Although I still have a long way to go to get to lvl. 11, I cannot say that Iam very excited about it. I love lvl. twelve, but not real happy about 11. Oh well, one step closer.
