No i dont recall knowing about her well thats something new to learn and research about, but yes i did know that Mystique is his mother - known that for a long time now........not sure his father is though, would be interesting to know - did you know that Quicksilver is Magneto's son??

Yea i heard the same thing......I havent seen the movie yet but i heard that the phoenix saga brings.....has anyone here ever read or know about it? Its type interesting.....when they had the X-Men cartoon *the real good one* they should Jean Grey with the Phoenix........her power was amazing.....

Yeah, the third one will be with Phoenix I bet. I don't know much about Phoenix though, but yeah, I do seem to recall that from the old cartoons. I wonder when they're going to do the mutant concentration camps with the Sentinels. Probably in the 4th one. Or maybe asteroid M.

Well they probably make that many but any case maybe it was time deserved for them to make a movie about this ever popular comic book series - and in any format they achieved of making it, they have to adjust to the screen and make it look good as well....

yea those cartoons were awesome. her flame powers could kill so much. i think some outerspace ppl come and try to take pheonix away or something i forgot i havent seen the old xmen cartoons for along time.

If you guys are talking about Dark Phoenix X is right. Her powers went waaaaay beyond what they started at. There's another dude, the Beyonder. Snap your fingers and alter reality. I've always liked the more realistic heroes like Cap, Daredevil, Black Panther, Punisher. Normal guys who can die from taking a bullet. These other guys that can fart and destroy a universe are a little too powerful.

well those ppl are usually the bad guys like magneto he can bend or repel and thing metal or magnetic. so that renders most of the humans warfare :P. Thats when all the good guys get up and get together to create a alliance then the villian dies and everyone shouts yay.

Yea thats true, Recon, the Beyonder is madd powerful, hes up there with the Living Tribunal, Lord Chaos, Galactus & Master Order to name a few........The good old heros are good to have cause you can imagine them battling and without the use of super duper tuper powers.........

Yeah thats happen so many times in the comics cause people want the good to win over evil - i really liked the Infinity Gaunlet saga with Adam Warlock where all of the Earth's heros helped to stop Thanos....
