Level 30 is reserved for the person (or people) with the highest amount of XP on the site bar none. So unless literally everyone ahead of you stops depositing (at least until you've managed to pass them), you won't get to level 30, ever. :) But don't fret - noone else will, either. ;)

It's the point increment for each level. For example the required experience to reach level 12 goes up by 2 pts one day, then 1 pt for the next two days, then 2 pts for another day and so on.

That's how much the exp requierment for the level rises each day. The reason for the chart is because the exp gap increases in a pattern, which is shown in the chart. You may find this easier to follow:

I'll explain.
If the level 30 user(s) deposit on any day, the experience points required to reach levels 10-30 increase.
The chart shows how much these requirements increase every time the level 30 user(s) deposit.

Eg: The chart is based on the assumption that the level 30 user(s) are depositing every day. This said, for level 10, the experience needed to reach level 10 increases by one every second day.

For level 11, the experience needed increases by one also, but 19 times in 20 days, compared to level 10, which goes up 1 exp every two days.

For level 12, the experience needed to get there goes up by 2 exp points for every 9/20 days, and 1 exp point for the other 11/20 days.

Jumping to the end of the list, the requirements to reach level 30 go up by 10 exp every time the level 30 user(s) deposit. Meaning that you will never get any closer to level 30 if the level 30 user deposits every day.

That may seem like mumbo jumbo, but it makes sense in my head XD

If Pimp doesn't deposit then he'll remain level 30. But the experience points needed to reach each level from 10 up won't increase.

well, you saying "they're" didn't help your statement make sense, but, yes. If the level 30 user(s) did not deposit, the level requirements would stay the same. Only a level 30 user can make the exp requirements scale up.
